1、小学英语人教版 2011 课标版一年级起点 教学设计 六年级上册六年级上册 Unit 2Around the world 教材分析:教材分析: 本课是人教版 2011 课标版一年级起点六年级上第二单元第一课时的内容, 本单元教学主题突出,学生围绕多伦多、伦敦、悉尼、华盛顿四个城市,介绍自 己寒假想去的地方以及想做的事情。本单元承接第一单元中国的旅游城市介绍, 形成较为完整的旅游用语体系。 通过本课的学习, 学生可以制定自己的旅行计划。 学情分析学情分析: 本教材授课对象是六年级的学生,经过五年多的英语学习,他们已经对英语 有了一定程度的掌握。不在单单局限于对单个词、句、短语的练习,通过小片段

2、以及对话等形式将单词融合进去,进行学习操练。这一学龄段的学生,已经不能 简单的通过图片激发学习兴趣。所以根据学生这一特点,可以适当的使用旅游景 点介绍的相关视频,激发学生兴趣。 教学目标:教学目标: 1. 知识与技能目标: (1)能够听懂、会说:London, Toronto, Sydney, Washington D.C., the British Museum, the CN Tower, kangaroo, the Opera House, the White House, clock 等 单词和短语。 (2)能够使用之前学习过的句子 Where do you want to go th

3、is winter vacation? 和 What do you want to do there? 操练本单元的主要词汇。 (3)能够根据语境从 London, Toronto, Sydney, Washington D.C., the British Museum, the CN Tower, kangaroo, the Opera House, the White House, clock 中 选择恰当的词语或者短语填空。 2.过程与方法目标 学生自主选择自己要去旅游的英语表达及在景点可以做的事情的英文表达, 学会小组合作学习。 3.情感态度和价值观目标: 让学生了解世界更多的城市,鼓

4、励学生走出去开拓自己的视野。 教学重点难点教学重点难点: 教学重点能听懂会说四个城市的英文以及相关活动的单词。 教学难点有逻辑 的介绍自己心仪景点,制定并表达自己的旅行计划。 教学过程教学过程 Step1 Warming up T: To begin the class, lets enjoy a video. After watching it, please tell me whats the video about?Are you clear? S: Yes. T:Whats the video about? S:Its about travel. T: Do you like trav

5、el? I like travel very much. Where do you want to go this winter vacation? S1: I want to go to Sanya, because I can eat lots of delicious seafood. S2: I want to go to Hangzhou, because I can row a boat on West Lake. S3: I want to go to Beijing, because I can visit the Great Wall and eat Beijing Duck

7、2 Presentation and practice Toronto T: Do you know where do I want to go this winter vacation, can you guess? I will give you some hints. T: In this city, I can see beautiful maple leaves, its in Canada. Whats the meaning of maple leaves? You can see them in Autumn, they are in red and yellow. What

8、are these? S: Maple leaves. T:Yeah, they are maple leaves.(出示板书) So can you guess Which city is it? S: Toronto. T: Toronto, Toronto.Lets know more about Toronto. Where is Toronto?Its in the southeast of Canada.(出示板书)Also there is a famous place , do you know it? Lets have a look. (视频) T: This is CN

9、Tower. (出示板书) S: CN Tower. T: The full name of the CN tower is Canadas National Tower.CN Tower is not only a mark building of Toronto but also a symbol of Canada. It is a communications (通 信)and observation(观测)tower standing 553.3 metres. You can overlook the scenery of Toronto if you reach the sky

10、pod(太空之盖).If weather permitting(允 许),you can even see Niagara Falls(尼加拉瓜瀑布) and New York. T:So I like Toronto very much. It is in the southeast of Canada. I want to give you a song first. Guess which city the son

S4: I can see the Buckingham Palace. T: Good job! In London, you can see double deckers, London taxi, royal mail, London Eye, the

13、 Tower of London, the Buckingham Palace and so on. All these things are the symbols of London. Do you know where is London? Its also in the southeast of the UK. We can see Big Ben, and visit the British Museum. (出示板书) T: So we know London is the capital of the UK. Its in the southeast of the UK. You

S: 设计意图:学生观看关于介绍伦敦的一首歌猜一猜是哪座城市,学习新单词 Big Ben, the British Museum, 并且通过图片了解伦敦文化以及伦敦的一些象征。 利用 伦敦是英国的首都小语段对新学单词进行简单模仿操练。 Sydney

In Shenyang its very cold, Father Christmas wear lots of clothes, but in this city its very hot, Father Charisma wear shorts. Can you guess which city is it? S: Sydney. T: Yes, its Sydney. Le

16、ts know more about Sydney. Sydney is in the southeast of Australia. In Sydney, you can watch a show in the Opera House. And there are many lovely animals, such as koalas and kangaroos. 23、 the biggest city in France. There you can see the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, its a very famous city. New York is in the USA. This is the statue of liberty which is a present from France. You can go inside of this statue and climb up. Egypt is in the northeast of Africa. It is famous for the pyram

24、ids. They are more than 4000 years old. Hong Kong is an international city in south of China. It is famous for its beautiful night views and shopping centres. 设计意图:拓展学生视野,让学生了解世界更多的城市,认识世界景点的美好。 T: Now we know where to go, but how to make a travel plan, lets see. If we want to write a travel plan, y

25、ou can write it according five parts: when, where, who, how, what. Lets see my travel plan. This winter vacation(when), I want to go to Toronto (where)with my friend Hannah(who). We will go there by plane(how). We want to go skiing and visit the CN Tower(what). I think it will be an interesting trip

26、! T: After class, you can make a travel plan with your partners according these five parts. And I believe that everybody loves traveling. Whats the meaning of travel? The meaning of travel is to meet beautiful. 设计意图:通过微课视频教学,学生了解通过 when,where,who,how,what 五方面制作自己的旅行计划,并且通过老师的讲解了解旅行的意义,鼓励学生走 出去看看外面的世界开拓视野。 Step4 Homework Task 1: a. Read and remember the words. b.
