1、Module 8 Unit 1 What time does your school start?教学设计 一、教材分析 本单元主要是谈论与学校有关的事,它仍然是围 绕着 Lingling 在英国的 见闻这一主线,通过 Lingling 和 Amy 的对 话告诉大家英国的学校生活。本单元的语言结构 学习内容是句 型:What time? What time? 结构是本学期重点学习的内容之一, 按照目标 要求, 学生应掌握。 在本单元谈论学校生活时, 要求学生 掌握一些与校园生活相关的动词短 语,复习巩固时间的表达方法,并 且能将两者相结合。 二、学情分析 经过三、四年级的英语学习,学生们具备了
2、一定的 听说读写技能,有较 好的模仿能力, 在老师的引导下, 能运用所学基 本句型进行语言操练, 在课堂教学中能积极 参与, 互动交流。 在本 模块的知识点中, 与学校有关的动词词组是学生十分熟悉和掌握较 好 的, 由于它贴近学生生活, 所以学生对此会表现出较浓厚的学习 兴趣, 这就为本单元的学习 打下了良好的基石。 另外, 本单元的另 一个知识点, 即时间的表达方法也是学生已经掌握的, 所以学生主要 解决的问题是如何进行综合运用。 三、教学目标 1.知识目标 (1)能够听懂、会说并认读单词:time,school,start,past,go to bed (2) 能够听懂、会说并认读句子:W

I get up at half past seven. 2.能力目标 在实际生活中能口头运用 “ W hat time ” 这类语 句询问事情发生的时间, 并做 出回答。 3.情感目标 帮助学生了解中西方学校生活的差异,热爱自己的学 校生活。 四、教学重、难点 1.教学重点 (1)单词 “time , school, start , late, past ” 的认读和理解。 (2)灵
4、活运用 “ W hat time ? ” 询问事情发生的时间。 (3)学会用英语表示整点与半点。 2.教学难点 (1)如何结合实际, 在真实的语境中运用 “ W hat time ? ” 句型 询问事情发生的时间及其回答, 并能用英语描述自己的学校生活。 (2)半点的表达方式:half past (3)主语是第三人称时,动词的变化。 五、教学准备 单词卡片、钟表模型、数字翻卡、 PPT 课件,贴 纸。 六、教学过程: Step1: Warm up 1.
