Unit 14 Section A 3a-3c 教学设计教学设计 教学目教学目标标: : Knowledge aims: Have the students to share the past memories and experiences. Ability aims: 1. To practice reading a poem with emotions. 2. To give students reading practice using a different genre. 3. Arouse the studentslove for their junior high. Moral aims: After learning this poem, every student have a lot of sweet memories of his/her past three years, they will miss their teachers and classmates after graduate, in the meantime, treasure their friendship and treasure the time. 学情分析:学情分析: As students in Grade 9, I think most students have learned a lot, and they have many wonderful memories. This is the last unit, students have the same feelings as the writer, and they can easily understand the passage. 重重难难点:点: Teaching important point: How to appreciate a poem Teaching difficult point: How to express their feelings after learning the poem. 教学教学过过程:程: 活活动动一:一:【导入】Enjoy an English song Auld lang syne(友谊地久天长) 1.The teacher greets the students ,and then enjoy a famous English song Auld lang syne . The teacher encourages them to stand up and sing along with it. (这是一首耳熟能详的英语歌,在许 多国家毕业时会唱这首歌,一下子把学生带到本课的离别与回忆中来,同时调动了课堂气 氛。) 2. After listening, ask students what the topic of this song is, then ask them to talk about their feelings after listening.(这首歌的话题是友谊,学生一下子就想到要和自己朝夕相处三年的好 友分别,回忆涌上心头。) 3. Introduce the lyrics of this song.(这首歌的歌词是一首用古苏格兰语写的诗歌,与本课所 学的文章体裁一致。 ) 活活动动二二:【读前活动】Pre-reading 1. Show students three photos of the classrooms they have ever studied in, talk about what the teacher remember.(教师展示了学生初中三年三个教室的照片,谈论了自己的回忆,引出本课 所要掌握的新单词及词组,同时为学生谈论他们的回忆做了抛砖引玉。) 2. Ask students to watch three short videos about the most unforgettable things students remember.(通过观看三个学生的采访视频,回忆其了当时场景,同时锻炼了学生听力能力。) 3. Show the students more pictures to bring back the sweet memories of theirs. 活活动动三三:【讲授】Reading 1. Fast reading Read the passage quickly and quietly, and then find the answers to the three questions in 3a. 2. Careful reading This time, ask students to read slowly and aloud, try to find out what activities the writer can remember. 3. Work in pairs and discuss the writers feelings to the activities. 4. Listen to the tape and let students to read after it with emotion. After reading, find the rhyming words in 3b. 5. Group work. Read the poem with their group mates, and then they will have a reading competition.
