Traditional Chinese Dish- Kung Pao Chicken To make this dish you will need the following: Chicken (The best choice is chicken thigh.) a

3、 green onion fried peanuts ginger garlic red peppers salt sugar soy sauce, cooking wine vinegar Sichuan peppercorns oil Peking Duck Ingredients: ducks cooked in an oven cucumber steamed rolls spring onions sweet bean sauce Sweet and Sour Eggplant Ingredients: eggplant scallion garlic ginger soy sauc

4、e vinegar sugar cooking wine chicken powder salt Chinese Hamburger Ingredients: bun juicy braised pork cloves Choose one dish from your list that everyone in your group likes. Find a list of its ingredients from a recipe or a product label. Kung Pao Chicken is made with chicken, peanuts, onions, red

5、 peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger garlic, oil, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, vinegar etc. Peanuts are planted in Apil or May. It takes around 120 to 160 days for them to be ready for harvesting. This is usually done by hand. The farmer pulls the peanut plants out of the ground and leaves them i

6、n the field to dry. The peanuts are then collected and separated from their vines. They are dried for some more time and then taken to the market for sale. How to make Traditional Chinese Dish-Kung Pao Chicken Soybean sauce (1 small spoon), Cooking wine (1/2 small spoon), Starch (1/2 small spoon), Oil (1 small spoon) Mix all together Step

14、 1: Make Sauce Clean and cut the chicken thigh into small cubes. Preserve them in sauce B for 20 minutes. Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Thigh Cut the chili and green onion into small pieces Cut the ginger as small as possible Step 3: Cut the Ingredients Into Smaller Pieces 1. Put the pan on fire 2. Ad

15、d some oil in it when the pan is heated 3. Put the preserved chicken thigh in pan and fry it until the color of chicken change into white. 4. Put the fried chicken into a bowl. Step 4: Pre-fry the Chicken Thigh Use the oil left in pan to fry the chili in soft fire. Step 5: Fry the Chili Mix the cut

16、ginger, green onion and the fried chicken cube in pan, fry them for 30 seconds. Step 6: Mix and Fry the Ingredients Add sauce into the ingredients; Fry them until the sauce is almost evaporated; Add the peanuts, fry and mix the ingredients for a few seconds. Turn off the fire; Step 7: Add Sauce and Peanuts Congratulations! You have successfully cooked a traditional Chinese food! Please serve it with white or brown rice. Step 8: Serve It!
