译林版小学英语五年级下册译林版小学英语五年级下册Unit 4 Seeing the doctor(RevisionCheckout time)说课稿)说课稿一、说教材本课是译林版小学英语五年级下册 Unit4 Seeing the doctor 的第六课时,教学内容为第四单元的复习及 Checkout time 部分,主要以复习为主,通过多种形式的活动和练习,达到巩固所学的目的,充分调动学生的积极性,并引导学生独立完成 Checkout time 的练习。二、说教学目标1、知识目标:(1) 能熟练运用句型 Whats wrong with ?、 have/has a 、What should do?、You/They/he/she should 进行交流。(2) 能较熟练运用所学句型询问病情,给不同的病症不同的建议。(3) 能判断 Checkout time 图片中的病情,给出合理的建议,并正确书写。2、技能目标:能熟练运用日常交际用语 Whats wrong with.?及其答句与他人进行交流。3、情感目标:使学生懂得健康的身体就是最大的财富。三、说教学重难点教学重点:能运用所学句型询问病情,给不同的病症不同的建议。 教学难点:能独立完成 Checkout time 中的练习。 四、说教法学法通过任务型教学途径,鼓励学生拓展思维,在熟练掌握 unit4 内容的同时,把对话内容和生活实际联系起来,使他们更好地掌握和使用对话内容。五、说教学过程:一、导入部分 先通过歌曲Body song活跃课堂气氛,充分调动学生感官。通过上节课预先制作好的病人信息卡,学生间互相交流讨论,运用 Brainstorming 头脑风暴法帮助学生开拓视野,输入输出更多感觉类的形容词。二、新授部分 通过校医务室招聘英语小护士引导学生完成四关(Reading、Listening、Saying、Writing)任务。在完成任务的过程中,利用各种形式,充分复习第四单元的重点知识,并把 Checkout time 部分穿插其中,让学生们在做任务的同时,也完成了新授的知识,最后胜出的学生得到校医务室的护士工作。任务一,是观察图片,用英语说出图中的疾病单词,通过一些比较生动的卡通图片,呈现出一些疾病类单词,让学生读一读,说一说,不仅复习了单词,也为后面句型的复习打好基础。 任务二,是仔细听录音,选出正确的图片,也就是 Checkout time 中的Listen and choose 部分,将新授内容融入游戏任务中,让学生寓乐于学,提高了他们学习英语的积极性。任务三,是读一读答句,说一说问句,我将第四单元的重点句型 Whats wrong with ?、 have/has a 、What should do?、You/They/he/she should 以不同的方式呈现出来,让学生说出答句或问句,或其中的重点短语,达到复习的目的。任务四,是为下面的人物提出合理的建议,并正确书写。呈现的是Checkout time 部分的 Think and write,通过之前的各种复习,在这部分相当于做一个拓展,让学生能独立思考并完成练习。三、巩固环节一是利用游戏的方式让学生说出,健康和不健康的行为,旨在放松学生的身心,把所学知识联系到生活实际中,带领学生远离不健康的行为,让他们懂得健康的身体就是最大的财富。二是写一写你患感冒的症状和医生的建议,让学生做医生和病人,创设看病训练本课的重点句型 whats wrong with .?what should . do?帮助学生正确掌握这几个句型。4、总结环节 充分发挥学生的主观能动性,让他们自己总结本单元的重点知识,主要是句型 Whats wrong with ?、 have/has a 、What should do?、You/They/he/she should 的运用。Unit 4 Seeing the doctorRevisionCheckout timeThe notice from the infirmaryWe need some little nurses, if you want to join us, please pass four tasks.
