1、Lesson40: Move Your Body【教学目标教学目标】(1)知识与技能目标:掌握本课新词汇及短语 :outdoors, weight, couch, air, lucky, side,used to, worry about, notany more, put onweight, get out, in the sun, on ones side(2)过程与方法目标: 培养和提高学生的听说能力和自我表达能力, 让学生会用所学的词汇和句型表达如何能保持健康(3)情感态度与价值观目标: 树立学生正确健康的生活观念,让学生意识到健康的重要性,能积极参加体育锻炼【教学内容】【教学内容】(

2、1)学习一些有关健康和运动的新词汇及短语:outdoors, weight, couch, air, lucky, side, usedto, worry about, notany more, put on weight,get out, in the sun, on ones side(2)了解一些用于鼓励对方参加运动的句式:There is another way!Move your body, get out and have fun.Fresh air, a bike ride, playing in the sun!【学情分析学情分析】在学习了 lesson 37 和 lesson

3、 38 之后, 学生已经意识到了健康的重要性, 也了解了一些保持健康的方式。本课,继续前几课的话题,学习一种保持健康的好方法:Move Your Body, 所以本课对于学生来说并不陌生,学生应该对本课比较感兴趣,但是由于本课新词汇及短语较多,学生在学习的过程中可能会有困难,对于听力和口语基础较薄弱的学生来说,听说环节的训练也会有所阻碍,所以本课利用大量的图片来讲解,帮助学生有效的理解和记忆。这也要求学生在掌握词汇的基础上能学以致用,加强听说的训练。【重点难点重点难点】重点:重点:掌握重要句式(1)They used to be very active together.(2)But now

4、Ben worries about Tim.(3)He is not active any more.(4)He watches too much TV and plays too manycomputer games.难点:难点:新词汇和短语的正确运用以及重点句型的准确理解和应用【教学资源教学资源】 textbook, courseware, ppt, multimedia【教学理念教学理念】 本课通过回顾 lesson38 Stay Healthy 这一话题,谈论如何保持健康,重点强调运动是其最主要的方法之一, 从而导入新课 Move Your Body.紧接着跟随音乐做热身运动进入新课。

5、此活动的目的是活跃课堂气氛, 激发学生的学习热情。 接下来与 Move YourBody 这一好习惯形成对比,引出生活中的一些unhealthy habits.通过展示贴近生活的图片构设情境,涉及本课新词汇,短语及句型,引导学生看图说话,训练说英语的能力。同时也帮助学生理解并记忆新词汇及句型。此处 presentation 环节是本课的重点。在之后的 listening 和 reading and team work 环节,目的在于训练学生的听力及阅读能力,也培养学生的合作学习精神。本课从情境中学习新知识,通过听,说,读,练的方法树立学生重视健康,加强锻炼的观念。【教学活动教学活动】活动活动

22、的形式之一,也是巩固所学的重要方式,课堂上对听,说,读,进行了训练,课后这项作业补充了写作训练,通过写作能充分应用和练习本课的重点词汇,短语及句型)【教学反思教学反思】 本课 Move Your Body 衔接本单元前几课话题,其实也是在讨论保持健康的方法和重要性。上完本课,我认为较成功之处在于成功之处在于:通过讨论保持健康的话题导入新课,并让学生跟随音乐,真正做了 move your body 的活动, 此活动让全体学生积极投入到课堂中,气氛活跃。在我利用图片创设情境进行presentation 时,学生兴趣极高,能在我的引导下积极张嘴练习说英语, 此环节轻松流畅, 完成的效果不错。不足之处在于:不足之处在于:在 Reading and Team Work 环节中,学生的小组协作体现不太好,小组之间没有竞争意识。今后的改进措施:今后的改进措施:课堂上多组织小组合作活动,多采取奖励措施,激励学生团结合作,提高学生的参与兴趣。
