1、外研2011课标版一年级起点 五下 Reading for pleasureThe Girl in the Pagoda 教学设计一、 教学内容本节课是外研2011课标版（一年级起点）五年级下册书本最后一个版块“趣味阅读”中的一篇课外故事阅读文本。本故事主要围绕“宝塔中的女孩”展开，讲述的是一个女孩被大风卷走后，被一个年轻人囚禁在宝塔里，最后想办法求救并逃出宝塔的故事。通过本课学习，学生能在理解故事后，在表演中体会人物情绪和心理活动的变化，能尝试用自己的语言表演故事。二、 学情分析本节课的教学对象是五年级的学生，学生从一年级开始学习英语，因此整体水平较强，基本都具备独立阅读故事的能力，具有较强
2、的理解能力并善于学习模仿，同时也具备一定的语言表达能力和小组合作能力。三、 教学目标（一）知识目标：1.能理解、认读词汇：pagoda，thick stick。2.能读懂、正确理解故事。（二）能力目标：1.能学会用读图的方式来理解生词和体会人物情感的阅读策略。2.能在学习和表演过程中深入了解角色，通过个性化的表演体验人物的情感和情绪变化。3.能尝试运用自己的语言，通过小组合作的模式，表演故事。（三）情感、体验目标：1.学生能通过表演故事，增强学习英语的兴趣，激发英语表演热情，同时在学习中培养小组合作精神。2. 体会故事寓意：当面对危险时，我们该怎么处理？四、教具准备 教学课件，表演视频，句型条
3、，奖状，表演道具等。五、教学重点和难点1. 教学重点（1）能读懂，理解故事。（2）能在学习和表演过程中深入了解角色，通过个性化的表演体验人物的情感和情绪变化。2. 教学难点： 能尝试运用自己的语言，适当增加对话，并通过小组合作模式，表演故事。6、 教学过程1. Greeting. 与学生打招呼。T: Good morning, boys and girls. Free talk: Well, I am very happy today, how about you?【设计意图】师生之间的交谈营造宽松、愉悦的课堂氛围。同时，在开课时教师也给出了本节课任务，要读故事，并要表演故事，让学生明确学习目标和努力方向。4.

6、es of the story, pictures can help us understand the new words, please read the pictures carefully.教师播放故事图片（无文字），进行图片环游。T：What does pagoda mean?Who can tell me?T：What else do you know from the pictures? Who are in the story? What happened?【设计意图】通过图片环游的形式，教会学生们可以通过图片猜测词语意思。鼓励学生仔细观察图片，挖掘图片信息，大胆猜测故事中发生
7、了什么，发散学生思维。6. 阅读中，整体感知故事：Read and choose T：Lets see what happend in this story. Here are some plots about the story,but some of them are right, some of them are wrong. Please read the story silently and choose the right plots. T: Take out the worksheet and choose. You can discuss with your partner.【
8、设计意图】通过默读故事，让学生整体感知故事，并选择正确的故事情节，帮学生梳理故事发展脉络。7. 阅读中，分段学习故事情节一：Scan and find T：A strong wind carried the girl into the sky, so the girl was scared. How about her family? How did they feel and what did they say? 快速阅读第一幅图，并回答问题。 S: They were sad and said: We want out beautiful girl back. T: Yes, they w

Can you try again? 【设计意图】引导学生用语气来表达人物情感，帮助学生体会人物心情。8.阅读中，分段学习故事情节二：Read and actT：When the girl opened her eyes, she was at the top of the pagoda. She met a young man. Look at the man ,how does he feel?S: He is T:Yes, what will he say?S1: Wow!

S: I would 学生可以进行两人一组讨论，发表自己观点。 T：Let read the picture 4 and picture5 and answerWhat did the girl do？ S: She threw
13、her coat out of the window. 教师TPR教授threw的意思。齐读故事最后一幅图片，理解 thick stick的意思。（观察图片并通过实物展示理解 thick stick）【设计意图】通过播放恐怖音乐背景，将学生带入故事中，引导学生发散思维：面对这样的危险，小女孩会怎么做？怎样做会比较好？10. Read the story大声朗读故事，再次对故事整体输入，让学生更加系统了解故事情节。【设计意图】再次整体输入故事，学生对故事更进一步理解。11. Act the story T: I think you can read the story very well. No

15、own words. 运用自己的语言精炼故事。3) Use your voice, facial expression and body language. 运用适当语气、表情和动作来展示人物心理活动。【设计意图】故事太长，且描述性的语言较多，通过播放一段示范视频，教学生学会运用自己的语言总结故事，并表演故事核心部分即可，可以适当增加对话。并运用之前所学的表演技巧，做到学以致用。13. 阅读后Discuss and sayT: From this story, what do you think of this girl?S: T: What do you learn from this st
16、ory?S: 【设计意图】通过总结人物特点,让同学们表达从小女孩身上学到了什么，引导孩子们在面临危险时，不要慌张，冷静下来，找合适的机会求救。14. Homework1）Read the story and retell the story to your friends.2）Act out the story to your friends.【设计意图】鼓励学生课下将课文表演或者复述给自己的朋友。再次巩固课堂所学的表演技巧，提升概括故事的能力。教学反思： 在故事教学中融入戏剧教学法，让本不是很有趣味性的故事散发了魅力，不仅调动了孩子们的积极性，还大大激发了学生们的表达欲望和表演欲望。同时鼓励学生运用自己的语言给故事增加对白，也给学生创造了丰富的想象空间，让学生们的思维碰撞出火花。对于文本较长的故事阅读，渗透了“读图”，“预测”，“略读”和“精读”等阅读策略，给予学生阅读文本有很好地指导作用。 但一节课的课时比较仓促，对于学生运用语言的准确性还需要进一步的指导，可以在第二课时时给予学生帮助，不断完善表演。
