Do the exercises in Activity Book. 教学反思：Its big and light.教学反思本节课紧紧围绕“创设真实情境，培养学生动口、动手的能力”这一研究小课题，结合高年级的年龄特点及本班实际的教学情况来设计本节课的教学环节。1、在 Warm-up 环节中，通过创设真实情境，利用现场实物引出所要复习的表示颜色的单词，通过和学生对话来巩固所学的形容词，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，调动他们学习积极性，把他们带入英语学习的氛围，激发他们思考、想象，以最好的学习状态进入下一环节的学习中并为学习新课作铺垫。2、在教学单词时，充分利用实物，创设真实情景，让学生来当小老师，并通过不同形式的朗读、拼读及各种游戏，让学生认读light , broken , heavy , pocket , hard.五个单词，让学生在动口、动手中轻松学会这些单词。3、在教学课文及重点句型时，坚持单词不离句子，句子不离课文的原则，让学生带着问题听课文，特别是第一遍主要培养学生听英语的习惯和能力。在第二遍听时，问题加深，不断提高学生听英语及解决问题的能力。同时在听的过程中，自然地引出本课教学的重要句型：Its big and light.
