3、 热控各系统图及厂房布置图Otherl&Csystemdrawingsandplantlayout2 工程概况及工作量Projectgeneralandmainquantities2.1 工程概况Projectgeneral热控主桥架设计为热浸镀锌托盘式和梯架式两种,高度150mm,宽度400mm,600mm、800mm、1000mm。分别设计在集控楼13.7米层集中控制室、工程师室、SMS间、锅炉电子设备间下及锅炉房17米以上(20.4m、26.4m、32.4m、36.8m、43.0m、53.8m、62.2m、73.0m、82.2m)层。其中最上层电缆桥架装设桥架盖板,最下层采用托盘式桥架。

4、热控竖井共设计400x300、200x200.400x400三种,分别位于集控楼1轴与2/A轴交叉处(5.10m-12.10m),除氧间4轴与B轴交叉处(11.8m-28.0m)、锅炉房E4与E5轴间(25m-31.5m)o本工程另外包括主厂房及辅助厂房就地电缆保护管安装及金属软管安装。l&Cmaintraydesignsarehot-dipgalvanizingtray-typeandladdertype.Theheightis150mm,thewidthisrespectively400mm,600mm,800mmand1000mm.Designsarefor13.7floorwhichi

9、eparationsandconditionsbeforethework3.1 技术准备Technicalpreparation3.1.1 设计院和厂家的相关图纸审核完毕,会审中存在的问题已有明确的处理意见。Relevantdrawingsofdesigninstituteandmanufacturershouldbefinishedchecking,problemsexistinthediscussionshouldhavedefinitetreatmentsuggestions.3.1.2 作业指导书编制完、并审批合格。Operationinstructionshouldbefinishe

10、dandqualified3.1.3 施工用工机具及计量器具准备完成并经检验合格。Constructionmachinesandmeasuringinstrumentsshouldbepreparedandcheckedqualified3.1.4 各工种作业人员进场,满足施工要求。Allkindsofconstructorsshallenterintothesiteandsatisfywiththerequirementsofconstruction3.1.5 施工人员清楚施工界限,明确施工任务,劳动防护用品佩带齐全。Operatorsshouldmakecleartheconstructi

19、nstallation|-丽tectingpipebendandinstallationllxiblemetallicconduitinstallatioH|T|paintrepair4.2 施工方法及要求Constructionmethodandrequirement4.2.1 用料及组合Materialandassembly立柱采用#8(#10)槽钢,横担采用L50x5(L40x4)角钢。根据施工图纸设计及现场实际安装位置确定支吊架型式及长度,随后下料,在平台上进行组合,先点焊后满焊。焊接组合后应刷两遍防锈漆,待干后再刷两遍铝银浆,焊接固定处暂时不刷,刷漆前应打掉药皮。Uprightpos

21、umpastetwiceafteritisdry,weldingfixedpositionstemporarilydonotpaint,takeofftheweldingfluxcoatingbeforepaint.4.2.2 材料的运输Materialtransportation将槽钢、门型支吊架、角钢、桥架分批运至施工地点内待用。Transportchannelsteel,ntypehanger,anglesteelandtraytotheconstructionsiteforuse.4.2.3 立柱(门型支吊架)安装Uprightpost(ntypeandhanger)根据施工图纸设计的

22、位置,沿桥架走向固定槽钢立柱或门型支吊架,槽钢立柱及门型支吊架间距1.5-1.8米等距。本工程为钢架结构,故采用直接焊接的方法。槽钢立柱或门型支吊架焊接应先点焊,找好垂直(水平)度后满焊,由于支吊架的焊接致使钢梁的油漆遭到破坏,支吊架焊接完毕后,要对钢梁的油漆进行补刷。先刷防锈底漆,补刷面漆的颜色要与钢梁油漆颜色一致,补刷的油漆要求均匀、完好、美观。Accordingtodesignpositionontheconstructiondrawing,fixchannelsteel,uprightpostorntypehangeralongthedirectionoftray,spacingamo

24、ing.Repairthepaintforthesteelgirder.Firstpaintanti-rustprimer,thecoloroffinishshouldbeconsistentwiththecolorofsteelgirder,repairpaintshouldbeequally,complete,goodappearance.4.2.4 桥架、分支槽盒安装Installationfortray&branchbox根据设计要求,所有桥架的最下层为槽式桥架,其它的为梯式桥架。待门型支吊架整体固定牢固后,自下至上依次铺设桥架并连接固定。桥架与桥架之间采用内外连板连接,螺栓固定,螺母

25、向外。有弯曲、三通或四通的地方应采用弯头、三通及四通连接,截断桥架应采用角向(手锯)截取,连接处采用连板连接,螺栓固定。Accordingtothedesignrequirements,thebottomfloorofalltraysshouldbecabletrunking,theothersareladder-typetray.Afterntypehangerisoverallfixed,installtrayfrombottomtotopandconnectandfix.Connecttraysbyconnectionboard,fixbybolt,nutoutward.Theposit

26、ionwherethereisbend,teeordoubleteeshoulduseelbow,teeordoubletee.Traycutshouldbebyhandsaw,connectbyconnectionboard,fixbybolts.分支槽盒的组合安装应横平竖直、整齐美观。槽与槽之间、盖与盖之间、槽与竖井之间的连接应合缝,槽的端头应封闭,盖与盖之间应固定牢靠。槽的内部应光洁无毛刺、连接螺栓必须上紧。拐弯和爬坡位置,使用成品直线段改制,所配部件的内侧和爬坡弯的拐弯处均不得成锐角。Assemblyandinstallationforbranchboxshouldbehorizont

27、alandvertical,tidyandbeautiful.Theconnectionbetweenbranchboxandbranchbox,coverandcover,branchboxandshaftshallbejointclose.Endofbranchshouldbesealed,coverandcovershouldbefirmandfixed.Theinterioroftheboxshouldbesmoothwithoutburr,boltsmustbetighten.Turingandclimbingpositionshouldbemadebythestraightsect

28、ionoffinishedproduct.Bothinnersideofthepartsandturningofclimbingarenotallowedintoacuteangle.4.2.5 竖井安装Shaftinstallation电缆竖井在墙柱和钢架的梁柱上生根焊接支撑架,再把竖井坐在支撑架上,找正后,把竖井固定在支架上。固定竖井的支架间距控制在3m左右,固定竖井的支架应两侧对称安装。竖井安装从最下部开始,运用简易卷扬或倒链自上而下落放。节与节之间用螺栓连接固定。竖井安装时螺栓应先初紧,待整段组合后,经检查找正和调正后再把螺丝拧紧。Weldsupportingframeonwallpo

29、standgirderofsteelframe,thenputshaftonthesupportingframe,afteralignment,fixshaftwithsupportingframe.Thedistancebetweensupportingframesiscontrolledapproximately3m,andsupportingframeshouldbeinstalledsymmetrically.Theinstallationshouldbestartedfromthebottomthenplaceitbywinchorchainblockfromtoptobottom.

30、Eachsectionshouldbeconnectedandfixedbybolts.Wheninstallshaft,boltsshouldbeinitialtighten,afterthewholepartassembly,thencheckandalignmentandadjust,andthenfinaltighten.4.2.6 电缆保护管及金属软管安装Cableprotectionconduitandcableflexiblemetallicconduitinstallation使用前应检查电缆线管有无机械损伤,无裂纹,内部无尖锐物,钢管的镀锌层完好无损伤。Beforeusing

31、thecableconduit,tocheckwhetherthereismechanicaldamage,thereshouldbenocrack,nosharpobjectsinsidetheconduit,galvanizedlayerofsteelpipeshouldbenodamage.根据设备及电缆桥架位置确定电缆保护管走向及长度,量取尺寸下料、弯管,弯制电缆保护管采用液压弯管机。电缆管按尺寸加工后,管口用圆铿进行打磨,管口安装前必须光滑无毛刺。Accordingtolocationoftheequipmentandcabletraytodeterminethepositionan

32、dlengthofprotectionconduit,measuresize,bendtube,bendcableprotectionconduitbyusinghydraulicconduitbender.Machiningcableconduitaccordingtosize,polishthecableendwithroundfile,cableendshouldkeepsmoothandnoburr.对于单根直管采用2-3个支架固定,对于单根弯管采用3-4个支架固定,对于成排电缆保护管的固定,支架数量应适当增加,最终以固定牢固为宜。采用(花钢)角铁,电缆管卡固定。singlestrai

33、ghtpipeshallbefixedwith2-3supportingframes,singlebendpipeshallbefixedwith3-4supportingframes,quantityofsupportingframeshallbeproperlyincreased,firmisthefinalpurpose.Usingtheangleiron,fixbycablepipeclamp.电缆保护管及金属软管的安装数量及外径尺寸根据电缆设计确定,电动阀门及调节门安装2-3根1规格保护管及软管,就地温度及压力元件安装1根3/4规格保护管及软管,就地接线盒根据进入电缆的数量确定。电缆

34、保护管敷设完毕后,应保证管口端部与设备400-500mm左右的距离,随后用金属软管连接,软管接头固定。设备距离槽道小于1000mm的,可直接采用软管连接。金属软管有无机械损伤,应无裂痕、扁瘪,金属软管的外层应完好无损。露天安装的软管应有防水弯,并作好防水措施。导线保护管敷设在检修维护方便,无剧烈震动和不易受到机械损伤的地方,且远离火源和热源(环境温度不高于65)O软管与槽道的连接应在槽道侧边开孔,用接头固定。在设备或桥架上开孔(扩孔),必须用开孔钻头(角磨),严禁用电焊或乙烘焰开孔。Installationquantityandoutsidediametersizeofcableprotect

36、blemetallicconduitwiththespecificationof3/4,thequantityofterminalboxesshouldbedeterminedonthenumberofenteringcables.Afterthecableprotectionconduitisinstalled,keep400-500mmdistancebetweencableendandequipment,thenconnectwithflexiblemetallicconduit,fixwithflexibleconduitconnectors.Ifthedistancefromtren

37、chtoequipmentislessthan1000mm,thentheycanbedirectlyconnectedbyflexibleconduit.Thereisnomechanicaldamageoncableflexiblemetallicconduit,shouldhavenocracks,thecableflexiblemetallicconduitwhichinstallintheopenairshouldbewithwaterproofbent,andmakewaterproofingmeasures.Cableprotectionconduitshouldarranges

38、omeplacewhichisconventformaintenanceandnostrenuousvibrationanddifficulttogetmechinehurt,andkeepfarawayfromfireandheatsource(environmentaltemperatureisnothigherthan65).Connectionofflexibleconduitandtrenchshouldbeatthesideoftrench,fixbyconnector.Digholeonequipmentortray(enlargehole),shouldusedrill(ang

39、legrinder),itisforbiddentouseelectricweldingoracetyleneflametomakeholes.4.2.7 补刷油漆Paintrepair将所有非镀锌的支架和焊接处打掉药皮后,先刷两遍防锈漆,待干后,再刷两遍铝银浆。Paintanticorrosivepainttwiceaftertakingoffweldingfluxcoatingontheweldingpositionofallthenon-galvanizedsupports,thendryit,andthenpaintaluminumpastetwice.5质量控制点的设置和质量通病预防

40、Qualitycontrolpointarrangeandqualityproblem5.1 质量标准及要求Qualitystandardandrequirement5.1.1 桥架外形无扭曲、变形;电缆管管口应光滑、无毛刺、无裂痕、无扁瘪现象。Thereisnowarpinganddeformationontrayappearance;Cableendshouldbesmoothandnoburr,nocrack,noflatetc.5.1.2 桥架水平倾斜偏差每米小于2mm,全长小于10mm,垂直偏差每米小于2mm,全长小于10mm。Bridgeleveltilteverymetersle

41、ssthan2mmdeviation,thelessthan10mm,verticaldeviationislessthan2mmeverymeterslengthlessthan10mm5.1.3 桥架对接无错边,螺栓连接要紧固,螺母置于槽外。Buttjointshouldbenomisalignment,boltconnectionistighten,nutsareoutofbox.5.1.4 电缆管弯曲度不小于90oCablebendingdegreeshouldnotlessthan9005.1.5 电缆管内径应不小于1倍的电缆直径。Innerdiameterofcableshould

42、benolessthan1timeofcableouterdiameter.5.1.6 电缆管不应多于2个弯头,多于2个弯头的断开电缆保护管,用金属软管连接。Theamountofthebendshouldnotexceed2foreachcablepipe.Disconnectcableprotectionconduitwhichexceed2bendsshouldbeconnectedwithcableflexiblemetallicconduit.517电缆管安装时,单管安装应横平、竖直,成排安装时管口高度一致,弯曲弧度一致,排列必须整齐。Wheninstallcableconduit,

45、retechnicaldisclosureiscorrect.5.2.2 材料的选取:选取平直的槽钢、角钢及镀锌钢管。Materialchosen:Selectthestraightchannels,anglesandgalvanizedsteel.5.2.3 作业人员的质量责任:Operatorsqualityduty5.2.3.1 作业组长直接负责本组的施工质量,施工过程中发现问题应及时地与技术人员沟通。每项作业施工完毕必须进行自检。Theheadmandirectlytakeschargeinconstructionqualityofhisteam,duringtheconstructi
