Following the latest communication and mutual understanding, we hereby give you the Notice of Claim (labelled as Claim No.2) related to the E
4、vent as described in our Ref 113 &134 under Sub-Clause20.1, which is arising from Sub-Clause 2.1 of Conditions of Contract. We understand that the Employer should give the Contractor right of access to, and possession of, all parts of the Sites within the time stated in the Appendix to Tender-quote
5、“Time for access to the Site 2.1 Section 1:1 Day from Commencement Date (D+1); Section 2: 1 Day from Commencement Date (D+1).” It is recalled that the Engineer has issued the NTP on 6th August 2012 regardless of the conditions precedent to Commencement under the Contract and the Contractor has not p
6、ossessed the Site until 21st September 2012. Definitely the Contractor has suffered delay and incurred additional Cost as a result of a failure to get access to Site according to the Sub-Clause 2.1. The Contractor shall be entitled subject to Sub-Clause 20.1Contractors Claims to:i) 36days of Extensi
