本课时是在基本掌握本单元重点词汇和句型的基础上,进行的练习测试与故事阅读课。Start to read 中,有两个活动,一个是 Find and say,复习字母的书写、字形与发音的。Wu Yifan 发现一个帘布上面有很多字母。学生需要帮助他把上面所有的字母都找出来,并借此复习本单元中学习过的字母 KkIi 的字形和发音。第二个活动为 Read and count,主要通这个活动来复习动物单词的字形与字义。教材提供了很多种动物的食物,并在食物旁标注了动物名称,学生需要数一数提到的动物各有多少次,把数字写在相应的动物图像的旁边。这个活动既能帮助学生记准动物名称单词的字形,还能帮助他们更深入地了解动物。Lets check 部分也包括两个活动。一个是听音标序号,一个是看一看连一连。听音标序号活动中,学生会听到四段对话,根据对话中提到的动物名称,找到相应的图片,并为其标序号。这个活动检验学生能否听懂本单元中的重点问答句。看一看连一连活动是将教材中出现的动物形象与下面的动物名称匹配起来。这个活动可以帮助学生将字形与字义统一起来,更牢固地记忆本单元学习的重点单词。Lets sing 部分展示了一首经典儿歌 Old MacDonald。在这首歌曲中,学生可以练习到动物名称及其叫声。这首歌曲重复的地方比较多,曲调活泼,学生比较熟悉。因此在唱歌的同时,他们可以选择使用声音和动作来表演动物,更加立体综合地来复习动物类单词。Story time 呈现了一个重复性叠加的故事,Zoom
