40、therapeutic effect of this agent and concluded that it was beneficial 2.The LIFE Study 1 Patients:high-risk hypertensives aged 5580.Design:double-masked,randomised,parallel-group study.Patients were assigned to losartan-or atenolol-based anti-hypertensive therapy for 4 years or until 1 040 patients
