1、宾语从句宾语从句Object Clause人教版英语九年级全一册语法从句专项CONTENTSCONTENTS宾语从句的概念宾语从句是名词性从句的一种。在复合句中充当宾语的从句称为宾语从句。宾语从句分为三类：动词的宾语从句，介词的宾语从句和形容词的宾语从句。e.g.He said he was good at drawing.He asks him how long Mike has been down.作动词的宾语e.g.Miss Zhang is angry at what you said.作介词的宾语e.g.Im afraid(that)he wont pass the exam.作形容
2、词的宾语引导宾从的连接词从属连词：that(that 常可省略),whether,if连接代词：who,whose,what,which，whom,whatever,whoever等连接副词：when,where,how,why 等。引导宾从的连接词注意：（1）从属连词that不可以省略的情况当出现两个或两个that引导的宾语从句时，第一个that可以省略，其他不可以省略.e.g She told me(that)the film is very good and that she wanted to see it again.宾语从句主语是this/that时，引导词that不能省略。e.g
3、 He said that this was a secret.当引导的宾语从句中又有从句时，that不能省略。e.g She said that if I felt ill I should go to bed.引导宾从的连接词（2）一般情况下介词后只能用wh类连接词引导宾语从句。e.g.We are talking about whether we admit students into our club.where引导的从句有时也可用作介词的宾语。e.g.We could see the temple quite clearly from where we lived.that引导的从句

7、ntent 等.连接词的用法1.that引导的宾语从句由that引导的宾语从句表示陈述意义。从属连词that无实际意义，在从句中不充当任何成分。此时宾语从句的成分齐全，句意明确。在口语和非正式文体中that可以省略。I think（that）hell return in an hour.我想他将在一个小时以后回来。Im sure（that）she will come tonight.我肯定她今晚会来。连接词的用法2 whether/if引导的宾语从句whether/if引导的从句大多由一般疑问句作直接引语变化而来，常放在ask，wonder等动词后。whether/if在从句中不作成分，意为“
8、是否”，在句中不可省略。通常情况下两者可互换使用。She asked whether/if they had been to Beijing.她问他们是否去过北京。Nobody knows whether/if he likes this present.没有人知道他是否喜欢这份礼物。连接词的用法3.连接代词引导的宾语从句宾语从句可由连接代词what，who，whom，whose，which等引导，它们在宾语从句中充当主语、宾语、表语、定语等，因此不能省略。Do you know who will come tomorrow?（作主语）你知道明天谁要来吗？Do you know what th
9、ey are talking about?（作宾语）你知道他们在谈论什么吗？He asked whose bike this was.（作定语）他问这是谁的自行车。连接词的用法4.连接副词引导的宾语从句宾语从句可由连接副词when，where，how，why等引导，它们在宾语从句中作状语，不可以省略。Do you know when they will visit the Capital Museum?（作时间状语）你知道他们将什么时候参观首都博物馆吗？Could you tell me where you bought your coat?（作地点状语）你能告诉我你从哪里买的外套吗？Coul
10、d you please tell me how I can read the word?（作方式状语）你能告诉我这个单词怎么读吗？I dont know why he hasnt come yet.（作原因状语）我不知道他为什么还没有来。连接词的用法引导介词后的宾语从句时。Im interested in whether he joins the army.我对他是否入伍感兴趣。直接与or not连用时。I cant say whether or not he will come on time.他能否准时来，我说不准。引导动词discuss后的宾语从句时。Theyre discussing
11、 whether we should combine these three companies.他们正在讨论我们是否应该合并这三家公司。宾语从句前置于句首时。Whether this is true or not，Im not sure.这是不是真的，我不敢肯定。注意:在用if会引起歧义时也只能用whether。Please tell me if you can come.这句话可以理解为“如果你能来，请告诉我。”或“请告诉我你是否能来。”如果表达第二种意思，只能用whether。与动词不定式连用时也只能用whether。Tomorrow the teacher will tell us w
12、hether to have a test.明天老师会告诉我们是否考试。只用whether不用if的情况宾语从句的其他点注意：1.It 可以作为形式宾语。It 不仅可以作为形式主语,还可以作为形式宾语,而真正的宾语that 从句则放在句尾,特别是在带复合宾语的句子中.e.g.We heard it that she would get married next month.我们听说她下个月要结婚。e.g.You may think it strange that he would live there 你可能会觉得他住在那里很奇怪。宾语从句的其他点2.后边不能直接跟that 从句的动词 这类动
13、词有Allow,refuse,let,like,cause,force,admire,condemn,celebrate,dislike,love,help,take,forgive等.这类词后可以用不定式或动名词作宾语,但不可以用that引导的宾语从句.e.g.I admire their winning the match.(right)我钦佩他们赢得比赛。I admire that they won the match.(wrong)3.不可用that从句作直接宾语的动词有些动词不可用于“动词间宾that从句(直宾)”结构中,常见的有Envy,order,accuse,refuse,im
14、press,forgive,blame,denounce,advise,congratulate等.e.g.He impressed the manager as an honest man.(right)他给经理留下了诚实的印象。He impressed the manager that he was an honest man.(wrong)宾语从句的其他点4.否定的转移若主句谓语动词为think,consider,wuppose,believe,expect,fancy,guess,imagine等,其后的宾语从句若含有否定意义,一般要把否定词转移到主句谓语上,从句谓语用肯定式.e.g.
15、I dont think this dress fits you well.我认为这件衣服不适合你穿.e.g.I dont think theyll wait to the last minute,will they？我认为他们不会等到最后一分钟，他们会吗？宾语从句的其他点(1)如果主句是现在的某种时态(包括一般现在时、现在进行时、现在完成时),那么宾语从句的时态可根据实际情况而定。e.g.I remember he gave me a book yesterday.我记得他昨天给了我一本书。He has told me that hell leave for New York tomorro
16、w.他已告诉我明天他就动身去纽约了。(2)如果主句是过去的某种时态(包括一般过去时、过去进行时),那么宾语从句一般要用过去的某种时态(包括一般过去时、过去进行时、过去将来时、过去完成时)。如:He told me that he would take part in the competition.他告诉我他将会参加比赛。(3)如果宾语从句表示的是客观事实或真理,即使主句是一般过去时,从句也用一般现在时态。He told me that the earth is round.(真理)他告诉我地球是圆的。宾语从句的时态宾语从句的其他点课后练习1.Do you know _ the meeting
