1、国际聋节人世界聋人联合会（THE WORLD FEDERATION OF THE DEAF）成立于1951年，是国际性非政府组织。其宗旨是造福于世界聋人，捍卫聋人的权利，帮助聋人康复。该会总部设在意大利罗马，每四年举行一次大会。中国盲聋人协会为其正式会员。商招商，促成了由重庆(欢迎你）市民营企业家联合会副会长、重庆市圣豪旅游开发有限公司总经理唐龙生率队的重庆市民营企业家代表团一行月日到平昌考察星光工业园区开发、老街改造、县城过境公路建设等项目，为全方位、多领域投资合作奠定了基础。、抗震救灾，帮扶工作有序有效。一是认真学习贯彻胡总书记指示、温总理重要讲话及省、市领导讲话和月日县委常委（扩大）会议
2、精神，落实一名挂包领导和名工作人员，配合有关部门，先后深入大寨乡柳树村、下属平昌县油料公司、金凤丝绸有限公司等外来企业走访查看灾情、险情，及时准确上报灾情和相关信息，帮助指导排险，积极搞好灾后重建工作。二是奉献爱心，积极捐款。发动职工踊跃捐款元。党支部书记苟晓蓉同志带头组织广大普通党员主动交纳“特殊党费”元。三由局领导率领名职工于月日再次深入大寨乡柳树村排除隐患，搭建简易防震棚，防止次生灾害的发生，向大寨乡柳树村群众捐款元，帮助群众抓紧抓好“三抢”生产,扎实开展抗震救灾工作。、突出重点，效能建设不断增强。一是强化思想认识，组建了由一把手任组长的招商局行政效能建设领导小组，出台相应规章制度，明确
