5、of the organisation must be providing active recreation and sport programs and services.This must be reflected in your organisations constitution as your core business.Probable ineligible organisations,based on their constitution.Oval Management group,Community Recreation Centre Community based,not

30、 same financial year as the funding round.What if were successful?Youll receive 2 Funding Agreement which must be signed and returned before payments can be processed.The required Evaluation and Expenditure forms will then be forwarded with a countersigned copy of the Funding Agreement.Payments will
