1、Unit3 B Lets learn教案一、教学目标1. 学生能够听、说、读、写描述书店中常见物品的四个单词和词组:dictionary, comic book, word book, postcard。2. 学生能够运用新词汇完成去书店购书的角色扮演活动。3. 学生能够养成热爱读书的好习惯。二、学情分析1. 语言基础:六年级的小学生接触英语已经三年了,具备了一定的英语知识素养,他们在四年级学过了storybook, maths book, Chinese book, English book等有关书籍的词汇。2. 心理特点:六年级的小学生思维逐渐向抽象逻辑思维过渡,具有一定的归纳、总结和整理
2、的能力,是思维能力发展的时期,他们在词汇学习过程中能够注重词汇背后深层含义的挖掘,对词汇的构词、拼读规律以及应用能够进行初步的归纳和总结。三、重点难点1. 教学重点:表示书店中常见物品的四个单词和词组:dictionary, comic book, word book, postcard。2. 教学难点:名词的单数和复数。四、教学过程活动1【导入】Warm-up1. Lets sing a songWhat are you going to do?(播放课件,欣赏歌曲)【设计意图】欣赏歌曲能够迅速地将学生的注意力吸引到英语课堂中来,教师根据歌曲提问,为新课做好铺垫。2. Play a game
3、If I say pencil, you can say pen, eraser, rulerIf I say cinema, you can say?【设计意图】教师采用头脑风暴的形式组织游戏,既培养了学生归纳总结的能力,又复习了与新课相关的旧词汇。活动2【讲授】PresentationT: (出示课本情景图)Lets look at the picture. Who are they? Where are they? What are they talking about? Where are they going?【设计意图】教师首先引导学生观察教材情景图,通过与学生交流,既复习了上节课
4、talk板块学习的内容,又呈现了新知。T: Oh, they are going to the bookstore. What is John going to buy? What other books in the bookstore? (教师利用实物依次呈现四个新词汇。)1. John is going to buy a comic book. In the comic book, the pictures are beautiful and the stories are funny. Do you like comic books?2. This is a postcard. In
5、the front of the postcard, there are beautiful pictures. On the back of the postcard, you can write some sentences to your friend, then write your friends address and zip code, and then write your address and zip code. Of course, dont forget the stamp! At last, you can send it to your friend.3. This
6、 is a Chinese dictionary, and this is an English dictionary. Dictionary is our good friend. Its our good teacher, too. It helps us understand the new words.4. This is a word book. Read after the teacher.【设计意图】学生通过听音跟读、跟教师读、“猜一猜”等活动掌握单词和词组的音、义、形,并且突破名词的单、复数这一难点。活动4【练习】PracticePlay a game: a guessing game.
8、活动5【测试】Extension1. Make a book shopping list.(学生自制购书单,然后进行交流。)2. Role-play(1) 教师播放课件,引导学生学习如何在书店中购书、卖书的相关句型。(2) 教师请几名学生到前面与自己一起完成角色扮演,进行示范。(3) 学生四人一组,完成购书、卖书的角色扮演活动(4) 全班展示。【设计意图】这是一个培养学生综合语言运用能力的任务型活动,学生首先自制购书单,然后教师进行示范,之后学生以组为单位进行角色扮演,在合作中运用新词汇进行交际。活动6【作业】Homework: You can choose!1. Make some sent

Make a poster for the bookstore.【设计意图】设计不同难度的作业,学生可以根据自己的学习水平进行选择,尊重学生的个体差异。反思:本节课,我设置的教学目标都能够围绕教学内容进行确定,目标的确定与教学内容能够完全达成一致。我在热身环节设计了“头脑风暴”游戏,让学生快速说出pencil, Chinese book, cinema的同类词汇,既培养了学生归纳总结的能力,又复习了与新课相关的旧词汇,为新课做好铺垫;在本节词汇新授课上,我努力为学生创设尽可能真实的语言环境,让学生能够在实际生活中运用词汇进行交流,此外,在学习词汇的同时,我努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的课堂氛围,让学生在教师潜移默化的影响下,感受到书籍是人类的朋友,体会到读书是一件很快乐的事,从而培养他们积极向上的情感态度和价值观。
