6、并伴食欲减退、口苦、反酸,未引起家属及患者重视,就诊于当地诊所,给予口服药物治疗(具体药物不详),上述症状未见明显好转。近1周上述症状加重,并出现发热,最高约38.0左右,遂来我院行腹部B超示:肝占位性病变(肝癌不排除),我科以“肝脏占位性病变”收住入院,患者自发病以来,无胸痛、胸闷、气短、咳嗽、咳痰等不适,饮食差,夜间睡眠可,大便色黑,小便正常,近1月体重减轻约5kg。This paper mainly introduces the design of an intelligent temperature control system which realizes the function

9、。淋巴结:全身淋巴结未触及肿大。头部及其器官:眼结膜无明显苍白,巩无膜黄染,角膜透明。全腹未见皮疹、色素沉着及窦道疤痕。腹软,右上腹压痛(+)、无反跳痛及腹肌紧张,肝肋下约3横指,质硬,左上腹可触及肿大脾脏,肝颈静脉回流征阴性,墨菲氏征(-);麦氏点压痛(-)。移动性浊音(-)。肠鸣音正常,约3-4次/分,四肢肌力正常,双下肢无水肿,生理反射存在,病理反射未引出。This paper mainly introduces the design of an intelligent temperature control system which realizes the function of t

11、T:85U/L,AST:82U/L;ALP:356U/L;GGT:671U/L;AS/AL:0.96;TP:68.6g/L;ALB:38.8g/L;TBIL:21.3umol/L;HBDH:226U/L;DBIL:11.1umol/L;LDH:286U/L ,K:3.69mmol/L,Na:136.3mol/L,Cl:105.7mmol/L,Ca:2.4mmol/L。3.肿瘤标志物:AFP 1000ng/ml,CEA:2.6ng/ml,CA125:32.6U/ml,CA199:25.85U/ml。4.乙肝三系统示:乙肝表面抗原:阴性,乙肝表面抗体:阴性,乙肝e抗原:阴性,乙肝e抗体:阳性,乙肝

13、 sensor DS18B20 and single chip microcomputer.The core components of the system are AT89C51 microcontroller and DS18B20 temperature sensor.影像学检查及其辅助检查 1.腹部B超示:肝占位性病变(肝癌不排除,建议进一步确诊),肝囊肿、胆囊壁增厚,脾大。2.胸部平片示:支气管炎。3.上腹部增强CT示:肝脏边缘呈波浪状改变,肝右叶可见弥漫性结节状及斑片状稍低密度影,密度不均匀,边界模糊。增强扫描动脉可见多个环状及散在点状强化,门脉期进一步强化,延迟期呈低密度影,脾

22、(3/8),免疫组化:ER(+),PR(-),Her-2(-),P53(+),Ki67(-),Sunivin(+/0),TS(-),TOPII(+),PCNA(+),CK5/6(-)。术后予以同步放化疗(具体不详),术后恢复良好。1周前出现无明显诱因的左侧乳腺疼痛不适,就诊于当地卫生院,予以消炎、止痛等对症治疗(具体用药及剂量不详),现为行进一步治疗,来我院门诊行彩超示:肝内多发低回声结节,肝内偏强回声区,双肾结晶,右乳切除术后,左乳低回声结节?左乳导管轻度扩张,双侧腋窝多发淋巴结肿大。我科“右侧乳腺癌术后 放化疗后”收住我科,自本次发病以来无发热、畏寒、呕血、咯血、便血等伴随症状。神志清,精
