Show a video about Yunnan and ask students to conclude what we can do there. Then introduce delicious food. Step 2: Food introduction. Introduce various

4、kinds of food in Yunnan, especially the most popular one-rice noodles. 2 Step 3: Reading. Ask students to read the article on book and find out how to make rice noodles (including the ingredients and cooking steps) Step 4: Structure of the article. Ask students to analyze the structure of the articl

5、e so that they can make use of it later in the post-making. Step 5: Food-sharing time. Ask each team(three teams in total-Beijing, Changsha and Wuhan) to share their special food in their own city(task assigned the day before.) Step 6: Post-making time. Show students the post made by the teacher abo

6、ut the Yunnan rice noodles which consists of 4 parts: picture, ingredients, cooking steps and slogan. Then give them several minutes to cooperate with their teammates and make a post of their own. 3 Step 7: Post-sharing time. Ask each team to present their post. Step 8: Conclusion. Show some food that are related to Chinese traditional Festivals such as zongzi, mooncake, etc. and guide them to think about the story behind each food. Step 9: Assignment. Ask students to find out more stories behind the food they enjoy and share with other classmates next time.
