(问问你的朋友们最喜欢的食物,做 个小调查。) Thank you !1 Unit9 Lesson 2 Whats your favorite food 教学设计 一、指导思想与理论依据: 英语课程标准中指出:鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合 作等方式,发展听、说、读、写的综合语言技能;创造条件让学生能 够探究他们自己感兴趣的问题并自主解决问题。因此,我在设计本 课时,结合学生已有能力和教学内容在学习单词环节让学生自己感受, 引导学生通过观察、思维、想象、推测等活动主动参与学习,最终 通过师生交流、生生交流实现自主学习的目的,并在参与活动的过 程中让学生学会思考、学会学习培养学生自主学习的习惯和能力。 二、教材内容与学生分析 本课时是北师大版英语四年级下册 Unit9 的第 2 课时教学。在 第一课时已经进行了故事教学,学生已经初步掌握了“cold、hot” 两个形容词。以及句型:Im hungry!Im thirsty!本课时的教学 主要是让学生掌握用英语描述事物特征。在玩演中继续运用核心句 子和词汇,增强学生学习英语的兴趣。教材的重点是:掌握使用: “cold/hot/sweet/fresh/ healthy/ favourite 等词语描述事物特 征。并运用核心句子:Whats your favourite food? .is/are my favourite food. It is .能根据事物或图片对事物的特征作 出正确判断。教材的难点:正确认读句型和词汇。 这个年龄阶段的学生已养成大胆说英语,大胆表达自己想法的 2 习惯,他们对学习的成果更为看重了,学习的成功更能激发和保持 他们的学习兴趣。比赛能促进他们对学习成功的渴望。他们具有好 奇,好活动,好表现,善于模仿等特点。他们爱玩,爱唱,爱画, 爱游戏。他们学习英语的基本形式是模仿。学生在倾听别人说英语 方面习惯较差,因而在教学中注重一种习惯的习得。 2、媒体的选择与使用 在本节课中根据教学内容的需要,我在课堂上不但利用了教学 光盘的内容.还自己在网上搜索了大量的真实的图片制成了幻灯片。 并且准备了柠檬水和蜂蜜谁让学生品尝。真实的情景,色彩艳丽的 图片,真实的声音等等,在声与像的配合中在各种的感官刺激下,学 生轻松地理解了所学内容。 三、教学目标 知识和技能目标:1.能熟练掌握运用单词 fresh,sweet, hot,cold, healthy,favourite 。并能运用这些单词描述食物。 2.能正确认读:Whats your favourite food? .is/are my favourite food. It is . 3.能用所学描述事物特征的词汇来描绘事物的特征。2.能按要求运 用所学语言知识进行简单的游戏。 过程与方法:结合学生已有能力和教学内容在学习单词环节让学生 自己感受,引导学生通过观察、思维、想象、推测等活动主动参与 3 学习,最终通过师生交流、生生交流实现自主学习的目的,并在参 与活动的过程中让学生学会思考、学会学习培养学生自主学习的习 惯和能力。 情感、态度价值观目标:1.亲自体验品尝味道,增强学习英语的兴趣, 体验学习成功的乐趣。2.人的身体需要各种各样的营养,特别是同 学们正处于成长的阶段,更要补充各种各样的营养,所以同学们要 合理饮食,回家和爸爸妈妈一起制定一份合理的饮食计划。 教学重难点: 教学重点:1.掌握并运用单词 fresh, sweet,healthy, hot,cold 2.能正确运用句型:Whats your favourite food? .is/are my favourite food. It is . 教学难点:用所学描述事物特征的词汇来描绘事物的特征。 四、教学设计思路: 教学课时:一课时 教学准备:图片,实物,多媒体课件等 5、教学过程: 教学阶段 Step 1 Warm-up 4 Warming-up Sing a song: Alphabet food train。 (设计意图:复习所学食物和水果,提升学习兴趣。) Step 2 Presentation 1. set a scene: Today,I dont have breakfast ,now ,Im very hungry,(point to a picture about restaurant)ask,where is it? Lets go to KFC ,what do I like? Can you guess? Do you like drinks,children? I have some drinks,do you want to try?一生上前尝杯中饮料, 并用表情表达出其味道,其他学生观察。 (目标:由 一生体验,其他学生观察、猜的形式引入新课,引 起学生兴趣。 ) T:Is it hot?/Is it cold?(师边问边做出夸张的 表情) S1:yes. 呈现新单词卡片 hot 和 cold 教学操练新单词。 (运 用肢体、面部语言,其他新单词相同。 ) (幻灯出示一瓶醋) ,复习句型。T:Is it sour? Yes, it is.(板书) (幻灯出示一红色苹果) ,教学否定句。T:Is it 5 sour? No,it isnt. 2、T:I have another drink, who want to try?另 一生上前尝试,并做出相应表情。 T:Is it sour? No, it isnt.(如果因为此学生 表情含蓄,其他学生猜不出,师可尝后做出夸张点 的表情)并说:oh, its sweet.(目标:继续让学 生在猜的过程中提高兴趣,并愿意参与其中的心情。 ) 呈现单词卡片,教学、操练 sweet, (幻灯出示一只 蜜蜂正在花中采蜜) , T:Is it sour? Ss:No, it isnt.T:Is it sweet? Ss :yes it is. T:I like sweet ice cream very much. What about you?(指任意两个学生) (幻灯出示一个凉的冰淇淋)Its sweet and cold.呈现单词卡片,教学、操练 cold 4、T:I like soup, but I dont like cold soup. 6 (幻灯出示冒着热气的汤)I like hot soup. 呈现单词卡片,教学、操练 hot. 5、(幻灯出示热的薯条和汉堡),Do you like ho t French fries and hamburgers?T:如果 food 放置 时间长了,可能会过期变质,所以我们一定要吃 fresh 的食物。(目标:引出新单词 fresh.)呈现单 词卡片,教学、操练 fresh. (设计意图:通过品尝、触摸等感官活动,把教学活 动和学生日常生活紧密结合起来,通过体验参与提 高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的记忆效果。 ) 2. Sentence learning Ask the children to imagine that they go into KFC when they are very hungry . Ask, “What do you like ?” Explain to the children that in English we can say, “I like.” then use three sentence: 1.I like cola. 2.I like soup better. 3.
