How to use “will be” 2. How to use “I think so/ I dont think so” Teaching process Step 1 Greeting: T: whats the weather like today? S: Its a sunny day. T: Are you happy today? Why? S: yes. we are very happy. Because childrens day is coming. T: ok, today we will learn unit 9: the year 2050 T: How old will you be in the year 2050? S: I ll be T: what will you be in the year 2050? S: I will be a teacher. I will be Step 2 T: Ok. Now open your books and turn to page 31.Look at the blackboard carefully. I will show you some pictures. The first picture:have robots at home. The second pictureNow read after me please. S: read the structures together. T: Give the students 3 minutes to practice the structures. S: read the structures. Step 3 T: Lets go to the life in 2050 S: Look at their textbooks. T: Give the students 5 minutes to read the story by themselves. Then show them some questions. S: Answer the questions. T: the students answer my questions one by one. T: Tell the students they will listen to the tape. Play the tape and have the children read after the tape. S: Listen to the tape and read. T: Play the tape again and have the children read. S: Read the words. T: Lets play a game .ask some students to have a role play. S: Retell the story. Step4: summary T: Have a conclusion .ask some students to tell us what we have learned this class. S: Have a conclusion. T: Ask the children to read the new sentences. Step5: Homework Read the story by themselves.
