Step 2 Reading Read the recipe on page 11. 1. Have the Ss go through the questions first and then have them read the recipe car

Part 2 Presentation Step 1 Group work 1. Have the Ss look at the food and drink on the list of Chinas Intangible Cultural Heritage and t
6、hink of other typical ones that they know in Activity 1. 2. Work in groups, have the Ss recommend one that they wish to add to the UNESCO list. Then discuss and share. Step 2 Presenting 1. Get the Ss to talk about their recommendation following the steps below. (1) Say what food or drink you would l
