3、ndness. 2. Ability objectives: Improve the students reading skills. Teaching important points: 1. Understand parts of speech. 2. Find new words and expressions. 3. Let students know the virtue of helping others. Teaching difficult points: 1. Students may be confused about Parts of Speech. 2. Student

A blackboard and some chalks Teaching procedures: Step I Greetings and lead-in 1. Greet the class as usual. 2. Lead-in Ask the students some questions to

(2c) T: Find the words in the letter. Circle the part of speech of each word. Make your own sentences with t

12、he words: (1)group (adj. / n.) _ (2)disabled (adj. / adv.) _ (3)difference (adv. / n.) _ (4)imagine (v. / n.) _ (5)difficulties (n. / adj.) _ (6)normal (adv. / adj.) _ (7)training (adv. / n.) _ (8)kindness (n. / v.) _ 2. A doggerel: 成分和词性,关系很固定。 名词代词一个性,句中主宾由它定,还有表语来助兴。 形容词,修饰性,伙同数冠来做定。 最重要,是动词,充当谓语

13、是天命。 做状语,是副词,间或介短来搞定。 补足语,不好说,用的词类比较多, 形、名、副、介、非咱们都见过 关于词性的 “顺 口溜” 只作了解 拓展 Step Practice Do some exercise. Step Summary and Homework Summary: (a saying: You share rose get fun. ) Ben Smith is a disabled man. He cant do normal thing as normal people do. Thanks to Miss Lis help, he can have a “dog-helper” from Animal Helper. So he write a letter of thanks to her. Homework: 1. Read the letter after class. 2. Make more sentences using new words and expressions.
