Emperor penguins, the amazing birds. They live in the Antarctic. They cant fly, but they are great swimmers. Theyre also good parents. The mother penguin has one egg every winter. She gives the eggs to the father penguin. And then she goes to the sea for food. Sometimes she walks about 80 kilometers! Its very cold in the Antarctic and the father penguin keeps the egg warm on his feet. He stays with the egg and he doesnt eat. Then after two months the chick comes out of the egg. Soon the mother is back with food. The father penguin leaves. He goes back to the sea because hes very hungry.
