Homework 1.Draw your ideal(理想的)home and write down the names of the rooms and things. 2.Talk about your ideal home with others. 学情分析 本节课是一节活动课,在一单元,学生已经学习了关于各个房间的单词, 以及在各个房间里做什么事情的短语,也能用 There be 句型进行表达。 教材分析 本课教材主要分为四个部分 Project,Presentation,A sample poject,Cultural link.前三个部分整合为 Project.又分三个环节 Lets make and say. Lets show and talk. Lets make and show. 项目制作的部分语言内容较少,活动比较单一,因此,结合学生已学知识, 本节课围绕我的朋友 Kate 设计了一系列活动。 教学目标 1)能够掌握四会单词,在日常中生活中熟练运用Whats in the ? There is(are)的句型以及不同的房间所代表的动词词组;并且能在制作房间过程中运 用Ill make Lets make来描述各自的任务。 2)通过描述制作的成品,培养学生的观察、分析能力,提高学生综合运用语言 的能力; 3)培养学生的交际能力和创造能力,并能将所做的物品进行合理的摆放和组合, 培养学生的小组合作能力以及团结合作意识和审美情趣; 4)通过介绍四个具有中国特色的民居,开拓学生视野,拓宽学生的知识面,了 解各地住宅文化。 二.活动准备 1.各种家具图片,房子模型,小粘贴,课件等 2.一些家具贴纸 三.活动过程 (一)热身复习 1.Greeting. T:Good morning boys and girls. Look,Whats in my hand? S: A bookshelf. T: Yes, Its a little bookshelf. I made it. Is it nice? S:Yes. T:Good. Do you have a bookshelf? Do you like it? S:Yes. I like it very much. T:Oh, I have a big bookshelf too. So I can put my books in it. I like it very much. Lets sing a song about the bookshelf.Ok? (设计意图:教师利用自己制作的书柜和学生交流,既复习了旧知,又引出了 要学习的内容,很好的起到了承上启下的作用。 ) (二) 主题呈现 1. 通过一张照片设置问题。 T:Look at the picture.Whats this? S:Its a living room. T:Yes, can you guess whose living room it is? S:Maybe its yours. Maybe its your friends living room. T: MaybeNow,lets see. Its her living room? Her name is Kate.we are friends. T:But Kate is in America now, so we can only talk with the WeChat. She is introducing her home to me. Do you want to see? S:Yes. T:You should watch the vidio seriously and answer my questions. (1)How many rooms are there in Kates home? (2)What are they? (3)Whats in Kates home? (设计意图:通过设计一系列问题,引起学生注意,并引导学生主动思考, 仔细观察,从而给出答复。复习巩固了句型 Whats in the ? There is (are)及 所学单词。 2.Kate 通过一段人机对话引出 apartment 的学习,并告诉大家她准备买一 所新房子,需要装饰,让大家帮忙,从而引出本节课主题分组制作不同房间及 房间内物品。 (设计意图:引出本课主题 project,明确本节课目的。 ) 3.展示 Kate 要买的新房子,并提出问题:How many rooms are there in Kate s new home? What are they? What can Kate do? What will you make? (设计意图:设置问题,让学生在情境中运用所学单词及句型进行答复。 例如:living room ,bedroom 等,同时复习短语 watch TV, have a sleep 等等。 ) (三) 项目制作及成果展示 布置 Kate 的新家 提出两项任务 1.Lets make and say. 教师录制一段做手工视频,让学生学习如何制作及如何交流,再给出需要 用到的语言。让学生开始动手制作并表达。学生在小组里利用准备好的教具进 行制作,边做边说 Ill make a table/chair教师巡视,并询问学生 What will you make?以及给予学生必要的帮助。 T:First,lets watch a vidio. How to make and say? Do you know? S:Yes. T:Ok.Begin to do. (设计意图:学生通过观看视频了解如何制作物品及在制作过程中如何运 用英语进行交流。 ) 2.Lets show and talk 每一组学生在组内先进行交流,之后站在讲台上向全班同学介绍自己布置 的房间,教师引导学生并及时评价。 (此次展示教师应提前把评分标准告知同学) Good! Better! Best! T:Stop, time is over.If youre not done,just stop. Talk about the rooms in groups. Try to use these sentences.If you can use these sentences,youll be good. For these. Youll be better. And these, youll be best. Clear? . (设计意图:设置三个层级的目标,分别给予不同评价,鼓励学生运用丰富 的语言去交流。 (四)文化桥 homes around China 在帮助 Kate 完成房间的布置后,她非常高兴,她准备回国探亲,顺便带朋友 游览中国民居。 (设计意图:情境延伸,借助 Kate 及她的朋友来中国的机会,展示中国特色 民居,并学习 curtyard house,cave home Mongolian tent 等词汇。拓宽学生知识面, 并引起学生兴趣,让其主动了解其他相关内容。) (五)作业布置 1.画出自己理想的家。 2.和别人谈论一下你理想的家。 (培养学生兴趣,及组织语言运用语言的能 力。 ) 教学反思:教学反思:本节课是一节项目制作课,教材上只给予必要的环节,但没有 主题情境,各环节之间也没有明显的联系,因此我设置了一个主线人物 Kate, 通过多个人机对话,让学生感受到了真实的情境,并明确了学习目标。学生在 情境中感受语言,运用语言,完成了制作各种房间及物品的任务,并能用英语 进行交流与展示,很好的达成了本节课教学目标。不足之处是:在一些细节的 处理上不够完善,比如,给予学生的小粘贴可以告诉学生贴在制作的房子上, 或者统计一下各组得到粘贴的数量,另外,一些语言也需要再斟酌,还需继续 努力。
