Ill read a book. watch TV play computer games 发教学反思：发教学反思： 优势：优势： 由于四年级学生好动、有效注意力时间短，所以我在教学过程中投其所好，将游戏和 活 动融入其中。游戏教学可以有效的提高学生的学习兴趣，让孩子爱上英语学习。课堂上游 戏的设置不仅可以活跃课堂气氛，还可以有效的让孩子们记住英语的知识点，孩子在做游 戏的时候注意力更集中，有助于激发孩子的主动性。通过和动画里的人物交朋友，写邀请 卡，以及询问孩子们以后的理想是什么，激发孩子的情感教育。 同时在课堂上我让学生通过合作、探究等方式，培养学生自主学习的能力，充分发挥 学生的主体作用。 不足及补救措施：不足及补救措施： 为了培养学生学习英语的兴趣，提高教学效率。教师在课堂上经常会利用游戏以及各 种活动来调动课堂气氛，引起学生的注意力。但在游戏和活动的设置过程中，我没有根据 学生的个体差异因材施教，分层教学。对于那些腼腆，不爱开口的孩子没有形成有效的激 励机制，来促进学生的进步。所以在今后的教学中，我应该面向全体学生，针对不同的学 生设置不同的语言目标，难度适中，让大家都可以参与到其中。
