I also met all Bills friends and family. Last week, Bills family took me to Xian by train. Xian is in the northwest of China. We visited the Terracotta Army there. They are so amazing! We also ate some delicious noodles there. Then we went to Sichuan. Its in the southwest of China. First, we went to see the pandas in Wolong. They are very cute. Then we climbed Mount Emei. The mountain is very beautiful. We saw many funny monkeys on our way. I was very tired, but very happy. We ate some delicious hot pot there. Sichuan is famous for hot pot. Tibet is in the southwest of China, too. We went there by plane from Sichuan. It was sunny and hot in Tibet, but there was still snow on the mountains. We visited the famous Potala Palace and took many photos there. Enjoy the life, enjoy the trip. 1.教学背景分析 教学背景分析 (一)教学内容分析: 本课是新起点英语六年级下册第六单元Summer Vacation第三课时,本课要 求学生能够读懂有关中国旅行地点的介绍,抓住大意和关键信息。 (二)学生情况分析 本课授课对象是六(2)班学生,本班共有 24 名学生,学生存在个体差异。其中 大部分学生对英语学习感兴趣,能较大限度的发挥自己的主观能动性,积极参与 到教学活动中,合作能力也较强,能与其他同学团结协作完成各项任务。但另外 有几名学生英语基础较差,学习英语自信心不足,合作能力较弱,很难参与到教 学活动中。为了提高教学的有效性,教师根据不同层次,不同类型的学生需要合 理进行小组活动并穿插设计于教学活动中,力争让每个学生合作完成任务,从而 使能力得到提升。 2.教学目标(含重、难点) 一 教学目标。 1.语言技能目标: 1)能够读懂有关中国旅行地点的介绍,国家相关信息,抓住大意和关键信息。 2)能够根据文章故事主线,复述故事内容。 3)能够制作思维导图,仿照文本,介绍自己曾经的一次旅行经历。 2 情感态度与价值观目标: 1)能够积极参与课堂上的各项活动或游戏,并能在小组和同伴合作中完成活动 或游戏。 2)能够在活动中认真倾听同伴发音,并尝试表达自己的观点。 3)能够积极思考,提升自己的反思和自我评价能力。 3. 学习策略目标 1)能够在根据思维导图,提取文章当中的关键信息,掌握文本内容。 2)能够在小组活动中取长补短,弥补自己的不足之处。 二. 教学重点 能够根据思维导图完成本课听力,阅读,口语表达,写作方面的学习内容。 三. 教学难点 思维导图中存在大量的书写内容,对于基础较弱的同学来说很具有挑战性。 3.教学过程与教学资源设计 教学过程: Step 1:Warm Up Free Talk Talk about the field trip T:Where did you go on the field trip? Ss: T: What did you do there? Ss: T: Today, please follow me to have another trip around China. 设计意图:通过回顾美好的游学,邀请学生跟随老师再来一次旅行,导入本课关 于著名旅行地点的学习。 Step 2: Presentation 新授听力内容。 1)Talk about the pictures. T: What can you see in this picture? Ss: The Potala Palace. T: Where can you see it? Ss: In Tibet. T: Where is Tibet? Ss: Its in the southwest of China. T: How far is Tibet from Beijing? How can you get there? Ss: 设计意图:通过观看图片,导入 Sichuan, Henan, Shaanxi, Tibet 几个地方, 复习已经学过的知识.黑板上放置中国地图,在导出相关地方时,将地点贴在地 图上的相应位置。增强学生对中国地图方位的认识。让学生猜测 How far is it from Beijing? How can you get there? 听力之前,让学生认真审题,提高听 力过程中的针对性。 2)Listen and write. T: Here I have some tasks for you. You can choose to finish task A or task B. 设计意图:因学生水平不同,我将听力任务设计分为两层,Task B 的内容包含 Task A 的内容,满足不同学生的需求。在核对答案时,基础部分的题让水平较弱 的孩子回答,拓展部分的题让水平较好的孩子作答。 Step 3 Lets read. 1)Listen to the recording. T:Just now Bills family showed Ted some beautiful places in China. Here is Teds Wonderful travelling experience in China. Where did he go?How did he go there? Now lets listen to the recording and find out the answers. 设计意图:听力原音输入,给学生发音正确的示范,了解文章的大概内容。在听 之前给出问题,带着问题去听能更好地检测听力的效果。 2)Read and fill in the blanks T: Ted talked about four places in China. Now four group members can work together to finish the task. Each student can finish the information about one place, after you finish that, share your information in your group. 设计意图:精读文章,根据思维导图了解文章的内容,培养学生掌握细节信息的 能力。小组成员合作,每一位成员负责完成一个地方的信息,待完成之后再在组 内进行交流,分享信息。小组合作,可以让每一位同学都参与到讨论当中,给不 爱发言的同学创造机会。 3)Check the answer. T: Now, I need four students to get the information to the right place. Who can have a try? 设计意图:让完成较快的学生根据自己的内容来完成此项任务并汇报,方便核对 学生完成情况。学生代替教师板书汇报,提高他们课堂的参与度。板书内容为下 一步做准备。 4)Group work: retell the passage. T:Now, we are going to retell the story. Each group can choose one place to retell. Later, well have a group PK. 设计意图:小组选择一个自己喜欢的地方,根据板书内容选择一在组内进行复述, 学生通过小组合作的形式,让每一位同学都参与到复述过程中,采取 PK 的形式, 调动学生的积极性。 Step 4. Mind-map: Last Wonderful Trip T: Ted had a great time in China. I also had a great time on the field trip. When you talk about a trip, what can you talk about? Ss: Where, when, T: Great. Here I made a mind map about last trip, lets have a look. Ss: T: Now, you can make your own mind map about your wonderful trip you had before. 设计意图:继续沿用思维导图的方式,让学生参照老师的思维导图,完成自 Last Wonderful Trip 的思维导图。思维导图贯穿始终。 3)学生汇报。 让学生根据自己的思维导图,完成 Last Wonderful Trip 的口头作文。 设计意图:给学生在台前展示的机会,并在展示的过程中提前解决一些共性问题, 为之后的书面作文降低难度,提高正确率。 4)分享名言 Life is a trip. Enjoy the life, enjoy the trip. 设计意图:通过展示中国各地的美景图片,让孩子们感受祖国的大好河山,激发 他们爱祖国,爱生活的情感。 Step 4: Homework 根据思维导图,完成 Last Wonderful Trip 的书面作文。 4.学习效果评价设计 通过本节课的学习,学生能够掌握与旅行的相关词句,并且能够通过小组合作形 式,较熟练地运用本课所学语言。整节课教师通过体态语言、口头激励、启发引 导,小组评价等方式对学生进行激励和评价,以促进教学。学生在活动中的自评 和互评简单易行,可以使学生建立学习的自信心,体验到成功的喜悦。
