Hes/Shes 重大版小学英语三年级下册重大版小学英语三年级下册 Unit 1 Lesson 1 Teaching aims: 1.To learn the key words: boy, girl, man, woman; 2.To grasp the sentence structures: Whos this boy/girl/man/woman? He/She is Teaching key points and difficulties: 1.The pronunciations of the key words; 2.How to use the main sentence structures flexibly. Teaching aids: 1.Word-cards; 2.Photos. Teaching procedures: Step1 Warm up Greet students by using the greeting phrases and sentence structures which was learned last term. Step2 Presentation 1.Show the photo of a boy to learn the new word “boy”. Point to a boy and say “Hes a boy.” 2.Show the photo of a girl to learn the new word “girl”. Point to a girl and lead students to san “Shes a girl.” 3.Show the photo of a man to learn the new word “man”. 4.Show the photo of me to learn the new word “woman”. And ask “Whos this woman?” Lead students to answer “Shes Miss Feng.” Step3 Practice 1.Do the “Stand up and sit down” game to practice the new words. (When teacher says “boy”, boys stand up. When teacher says “girl” , girls stand up.) 2.Do the “High and Low voice” game to practice the new words. 3.Teacher goes to one boy/girl to ask “Whos this boy/girl?” Students answer. Step4 Consolidation 1.Students work in groups of 4 to practice the new sentence structures. 2.One student is the little interviewer to ask others “Whos this ?” Others answer. Step 5 Conclusion 1.Use the word-cards to conclude the newly-learned words. 2.Conclude the newly-learned sentence structures.
