Lesson 3 元音字母 a 在闭音节中的发音 short a 执教执教:万州望江小学 郑露 教学目标教学目标: 1.引导孩子们熟悉、练习并正确运用含 short a 的几个单词 cat rat mat 2.试着用旧单词的读音引导学生正确体会、试拼并读出新单词的正 确发音。 3.能听懂指令语,用含 short a 的几个单词练习 chant。 4 通过看绘本视频,扩大孩子们的视野,让孩子们对英语课外阅读 产生浓厚兴趣。 教学重点教学重点: 1.能根据已经学过的单词推断出以下单词的发音 cat rat mat 2.通过听录音、看教师师范正确读出本课的单词,并能做到发音准 确。 3 能听、说、读、写本课的单词,并结合以往所学的知识,能正确 认读含有含 short a 的几个单词 cat rat mat 教学难点教学难点: 2 单词中 short a 的发音要准确: 开口度为二指,口腔向左右拉伸。 。 课前准备课前准备: 1.教师准备教学过程中所需要的图片、声音、课件。 2.教师准备好相应的单词卡片。 3.教师准备好相应绘本视频。 教学过程教学过程: Step1:Warmup. A.Sing a song A B C. B. Greet. C.Show them 4 cats and devide them into 4 groups. Tell tem the competetion rules. Step 2: Before reading. A. T said “ Boys and girls, today we are gonging to study a story about a cat. Are you ready? Go! B. Play the story for the children. C. T said :” Oh, its an intresting story. Let us answer the two questions.” 1. What can you see in the story? 2. What are they? Show the words “cat、rat、mat “to he Ss , help them try to spell the new words “rat” and “mat”. Step 3: Study and prtise some new words with “ short a” 3 A. Study the short a. Cat- at-a B. Play the BBC pronouncition of short a . C. Read some old words and find some new sound. boy bbb/b/b/b/ girl ggg/g/g/g/ man mmm/m/m/m/ woman www/w/w/w/ rabbir rrr/r/r/r/ D. Show them some new words to the Ss to rdad. bat gat mat wat rat Let them read together in halves and in groups. Then have a competetion. E. Play a game. Help the Ss spell some words with a phonetic calendar. Then have a competetion to read loudly. F. Group work. Let the Ss spell some words in groups, the group leaders should help them if necessary. Have a competetion in reading . G. Play a game : “as quickly as possible” T shows the words quickly, let the Ss say the words ludly as quickly as possible. Step 5: While reading. A. Show them the new words to read. 4 cat rat mat Help them use guester to express the words. B. T plays the story again let the Ss understand the meaning of the word. C. Then show the picture of the words and ask “ What is it?” D. Play the game : I do, you say. I say, you do. Then have a competetion. E.Chant time. a. Listen to the chant at first. b. Read the chant after the tape. c. Help the Ss try to read the chant by themselves. d. Let the Ss read the chant with guester. E. T plays the story again, let the Ss pay attention to the sentences in the story. F. T plays the story again. T shows some sentence in the story and let the Ss to read. A . A. and a . It is a. G. Watch the story again and say the sentences with the flash. Step 6: After reading. A.Play the game “ I can tell the story. T shows the pictures of the story, and let the Ss say the sentence one by one picture. B. Group work. Read the story in groups and the group leaders should help others if necessary. 5 C. Dub the story. Then have a competetion in groups. Step 7: Extending. Help the Ss try to spell some new words by the canlendar. cag bag mag rag. Help them to fell the spelling rules. Setp 8: Sum up.and homework. Read the words and the sentences on the Bb. Homework : retell the story for your parents at home.
