民主英语多彩课堂之课后反思 教小学英语不到半年的时间,收获颇多,存在的问题也颇多。著名教育家 叶澜说过:“一个教师写了一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年 教学反思可能成为名师。 ”这话意味深长,旨在强调教学反思的重要性。下面我 将就我本学期的这节多彩课堂做一个深刻的反思,对我今后的教学做一个规划 要求。 首先本节课的设计我旨在作为一节展示课来进行设计,所以本节课的容量 还是比较大的。容量较大的课堂对于老师和学生的要求都会相对较高,稍稍把 握不好就有可能成为老师的自编自演的一场秀。所以今后在设计课堂的时候我 应该要注意课堂容量这个问题。切忌让一节课中承载的内容过多。 再次由于学生之前已经对本节课的新词和句型都有所了解,所以在本节课 的句型操练这一块相对较弱,对于少部分程度较差的孩子在句型掌握着一块应 该还是有困难的,所以在课后进行查缺补漏这个环节我还是要给学生们反复操 练新句型。 今后在英语教学中我将注意以下两个方面:一:词汇教学:教授新单词时, 往往操练不到位而且形式单一,没有抓住小学生的学习特性来进行相应的词汇 教学。所以课堂效率较差,在下一阶段为了让学生更好的掌握单词,以适应教 学大纲的要求,我决定做好以下两个方面。1、操练到位。在教授新单词时,除 了要求自己示范到位,发音标准外,还应注重对学生的大面积操练,可以采用 全班读、小组读、竖排读、横排读等形式,尽量让每个学生都能会读所学单词。 在确定大部分学生都掌握好发音要点后,出示单词卡片并对直观的单词配以实 物、图片或体态语帮助学生理解,以便顺利完成音形义的逐步过度。 2、句情不离。任何词汇的教学都应遵循 “词不离句,句不离景”的教学规律, 单词是构成语言的三大要素之一。如果单词教学仅仅局限于单词,会使用与课 堂变得单调无趣,间接扼杀学生学习英语的兴趣。所以在教授新单词时我会在 特定的语境中引出,并加上妙趣横生的例句,这样既有利于学生理解,印象也 深刻。二:任务设计:在接下来的教学中我会设计好能够提供明确、真实的语 言信息,使学生在一种自然、真实或模拟真实的情境中体会语言、掌握语言和 运用语言的相关任务,使学生成为真正的课堂“主人” 。在任务设计过程中,我 会注意以下几点。1、任务的真实性。既要从学生的认知水平和生活实际出发, 又要与社会生活紧密相连。2、任务的可完成性。如果设计的任务不可完成,将 在很大程度上妨碍学生主体水平的发挥。 3、任务要由简到繁,由易到难,层 层深入,构建由初级任务到高级任务并由高级任务涵盖初级任务的循环,使教 学阶梯式地层层递进。 在今后的教学中我一定要做到用心体会,及时发现问题。只有发现问题, 才能实现“反思性教学” 。同时,我也还要多问指导教师的意见或及时找听课老 师评课,吸取经验,更好的进行教学与学生的沟通,在教学中发现问题,改正 问题,解决问题。 Module6 Unit2 What does Lingling have at school? play football go to school go swimming watch TV play table tennis eat meat eat noodles go to work go shopping sleep ride my bike Listen and Watch: What do you do at school?
