Homework 1 Materials: ppt, word card, pictures, CDs, Anticipated Problems (with Topic, Management, Activities, Learning Styles) Suggested Solutions 1. Students cant pronounce the new word correctly. 2. A little concern about time fit about activities. 3. Students who is weaker cant participate in the games or activities. 1. Pay more attention to their pronounce, teach them with phonics, practice individually. Drill 2. 3. Let stronger students help weaker students in group work, games and activities. Practise target language before group work. Keep group work short and sharp (dont let it run too long). If you wanted to review you could have those items (umbrellaetc) in the photos of your house. 2. Lead-in(review)Show pictures on PPT, ask questions. Whose umbrella is this? Whose camera is this? Whose glasses are these? Whose books are these? Its Aunt Bookys. Its Uncle Bookys. Theyre Anns. Theyre Kens. Think and answer the questions. Re-create the story with a small PPT of your house (or a family members or friends if you prefer). So you would need 1 photo per slide.
