Little blue has many friends but his best friend is little yellow who lives across the street. How they love to play at Hide-and-Seek and Ring-a-Ring-O Roses! In school they sit still in neat rows. After school they run and jump. One day mama blue went shopping. “You stay home” she said to little blue. But little blue went out to look for little yellow. Alas! The house across the street was empty. He looked here There was little yellow! Happily they hugged each other and hugged each other until they were green. Then they went to play in the park. They ran through a tunnel. They chased little orange. They climbed a mountain. When they were tired they went home. But papa and mama blue said: You are not our little blue- you are green.” And papa and mama yellow said: You are not our little yellow-you are green.” Little blue and little yellow were very sad. They cried big blue and yellow tears. They cried and cried until they were all tears. When they finally pulled themselves together, they said, Will they believe us now?” Mama blue and papa blue were very happy to see their little blue. They hugged and kissed him. They hugged little yellow too, but look they became green. Now they knew what had happened and so they went across the street to bring the good news. They all hugged each other with joy and the children played until suppertime. Sum-up: 在故事描述中,一般使用过去式。 但故事中的人物对话时,要根据情景需要,运用恰当的时态。 Module 6 Occupation Unit 12 Whats your fathers job? Period 2 一、教学内容与学情分析 本课为教科版小学英语四年级上册 Module 6 Occupation 中 Unit 12 Whats your fathers job?的第二课时。本课主要是通过引入一个机器人的请求,具体复 习职业单词,职业功能,及描述职业的重点句型,并将家庭成员的职业写出来。 二、教学目标 (一) 语言知识目标 1. 能灵活运用职业类单词:painter, nurse, cook, builder, doctor, policeman, reporter, worker, writer, driver, farmer, teacher and so on. 2. 能熟练运用关于职业的短语:help people, help sick people, cook nice food for people, build good houses for people, get news for people, help children learn, tell people stories, drive school bus for pupils, grow foods for people, make machines for people. 3. 能熟练运用句型询问别人的职业以及表达自己的职业和原因。 What is his/ her job? He/ She is a What can he/she do? He/ She can What is he/ she good at? He/ She is good at (二) 语言技能目标 1. 通过创设情境,呈现复习内容,帮助学生回忆所学知识。 2. 通过对话、故事等,进行全面训练,突出重点,训练难点。 3. 能以口头的方式简单介绍自己家庭成员的职业及自己的理想职业。 。 (三) 情感态度目标 Learn and work hard like your parents. (四) 学习策略 1. 在活动中复习单词,巩固句型。 2. 学会小组合作,理解运用,拓展能力。 (五) 教学重难点 1. 重点:能询问别人的职业及职业职能。 2. 难点:学生能灵活运用所学短语和句型表达家庭成员的职业及职能,简单表 达自己的理想职业。 (六) 教学过程 I.Warming-up and leading in. 1. Show a robot. II.Review 1. Brainstorm. 设计目的:学生通过 mind map 回忆一下已学的或者已知的职业类名词 III.Review and practice. 1. Lets listen and number. 设计目的:学生通过活动复习已学的职业类和衣服类单词,激起学习兴趣, 引导学生养成先读题的学习习惯。 2. Recite the dialogue. 3. Retell the dialogue. 4. Fill in the blanks in groups and try to read together in groups. 5. Show in class. 设计目的:学生通过活动复习课文。四人小组通过语言框架看图说话。 IV.Practice and consolidation 1. Look at the picture. What is Ben talking about? 2. Ask your desk mate and get information. 3. Read the dialogue in pairs. 设计目的:学生先根据图片猜测 Ben 在谈论的话题。同桌之间的练习有信 息差。学生互问之后填空,然后同桌一起表演对话。 4. Read a passage about Jack, Bens friend. And try to answer the questions. V.Development 1. Talk about the jobs in your family in pairs. 2. Try to write. 3. Lets share. 设计目的:学生综合运用语言。 VI.Homework 1.
