30、motion）与学习成果展示的“生日树”融为一体。每个 学生在学习过程中都可以得到老师奖励的心型卡，他们结合自己的表现， 将得到的心形卡贴在“生日树”上，去发现自己在学习过程中生长的能力 (知识技能+情感态度)，找到更好的自己。这是符合人文性和科学性的， 是有效的评价方式，是英语课评价方式的一个创新。 十、教学十、教学反思反思 本课是主题Dates的第二课时，目标句型是：When is your birthday? 内容是义务教育教科书英语（粤人民版）五年级上册 Unit 3 story，target 和 activity 部分。 本堂课的设计，我以两条线贯穿始末： 1. 语言技能操练到位语言
31、技能操练到位。在课堂中采用师生问答、生生问答进行交流， 小组合作模式进行交际，情境教学法，任务型教学法等形式，让学生从课 堂的句型学习真正运用到实际生活交流当中， 充分地体现了自主学习， 独 立思考，合作探究，善于表达的学习策略。 2.情感态度落实到心情感态度落实到心。5 月 20 日是老师的生日，在引入部分，我把 这个真实的情境顺势放入课堂开篇， 引导孩子们自然表达对老师的美好祝 福。随着课堂的走势，学生由表达自己生日到了解同伴生日，进而体验父 母的不容易， 学生能在父母特殊的日子表达自己对父母的爱， 对父母的真 挚感恩之情。这样的设计，意在情感渗透，引导学生关爱朋友、家人以及 他人，学做有

Expression 7. emotion）与学习成 果展示的“生日树”融为一体。学生能在课堂语言习得过程中，逐渐发现 自己在学习过程中生长的能力(知识技能+情感态度)，找到更好的自己。 4.遗憾美助力成长遗憾美助力成长。A：这是一次深度教研，在设计过程中我认真阅 读了新课标（2011 版） 和几本专业书，专业素养和理论有进步，同时 能将理念指导备课设计。B：课前预设不够，没有充分落实到每个学生都 会做好心意卡，致使个别学生展示的时候，表达不够自信。课堂关注面积 还不够理想， “关注全面的学生”落实不够好，比如在小组展示环节，还 应该给予更多小组呈现。
