Pronunciation” presents a short poem named Gravity, in which proper use of sentence stress and rhythm is demonstra
4、ted. Keeping sentence stress at regular intervals is what gives spoken English its rhythm. Other pronunciation techniques, such as incomplete plosion and liaison, are also important in creating a steady and natural rhythm. This section is designed to help students imitate and practice sentence stres
