4、ainquantities2.1 工程概况Projectgeneral热控专业电缆敷设及接线遍布整个施工现场,主要工作量在集控楼机、机炉两电子设备间及电缆夹层,另外包括辅助车间控制部分电缆及接线。热控电缆从盘柜出来,经电缆桥架、电缆保护管、金属软管进入设备,将信号从就地送至盘柜,再经盘柜内部各个模块,经转换后通过通讯电缆送到操作员站,供运行人员监视及操作。Cablelayingandwiringusedforl&Careinthewholeconstructionsite,themainquantitieslocateatcentralcontrolbuilding,turbine&boile

25、ctionprocessandmethod4.1 施工准备Constructionpreparation4.1.1 电缆检查Cablechecking对需敷设的电缆进行外观、绝缘检查,并做好原始记录。Cablesusedforlayingshouldbehadappearanceinspection,insulationinspectionandmakeoriginalrecord.4.1.2 电缆的搬运Cabletransportation4.1.2.1 搬运前应进行检查:检查规格是否和标志一致;包装和电缆有无损坏,封端是否完好;各部分挡板如有松动、脱落、不牢固者,应予以加固;挡板上的铁钉如
26、有可能损害电缆时,应将它拔掉;电缆盘上的电缆如有松动,应缠绕紧固,如缠绕紊乱时,必须倒轴;如电缆封端破坏,绝缘受潮或有疑问时,应用兆欧表鉴定绝缘情况。Inspectionbeforetransportation:tocheckwhetherthespecificationisthesameasthemark;whetherthepackingandcablearedamagedornot,sealingendisingoodcondition;whetherthebaffleisloosen,obscissionorinsecure,ifthereisanyconditionasabovesh

33、lengthasperrequirement|T|Hangcablem词一Cutoffcable技术员在施工前应进行技术交底,作业负责人及敷设人员都要明确自己的职责。负责人应全程跟踪,及时检查,同时有权对违反规程的施工做出停工处理。敷设电缆时,凡经过竖井,转弯进出盘台等处,都应设熟悉情况的专人负责。每敷设一根电缆都要进行绑扎,边敷设边整理,发现前一根电缆敷设不合格,不允许进行下一根电缆的敷设。在电缆敷设前,技术员要对所放电缆的图纸及清册核对清楚,电缆清册中相应的电缆编号及电缆型号清晰易懂,并提前将该规格电缆进行检查。同时检查电缆敷设路径是否正确,有无堵塞或不能通行的地方,沿途脚手架是否牢固,照

36、uldcheckallthecabledrawinganddetailedcablelist,thecablementionedinthelisttheirnumbersandmodesshouldbeclearandeasyunderstanding,andinspectthecablespecificationsinadvance.Atthesametimecheckthecableroutingwhetheritiscorrectornot,whetherthereissomewhereblockorcannotgothrough,whetherthescaffoldisfirm,whe
37、therthelightingisgood.Addscaffoldattheinconvenientplace,addlightsattheplacewhichisinsufficientlighting,calculatethecablelengthbaseonthelengthofcablepassway,movecableandothermaterialsbaseonthecalculationresults.电缆敷设应尽量做到横看成线,纵看成片,引出方向一致,弯度一致,余度一致、松紧适当,相互间距一致,挂牌位置一致,并避免交叉压叠,达到整齐美观。电缆敷设人员分配为:直线段每隔4-6m设

40、作命令,全线听从指挥,应同时用力或停止,遇转弯或穿管时,应先将电缆甩出一个大弯,再往前拉;电缆敷设时,电缆应从电缆盘的上方引出,引出端头如有松弛,应用绑线绑紧,电缆盘的转动速度与牵引速度应很好的配合,每次牵引的电缆长度不宜过长,以免在地上拖拉。敷设过程中,如发现电缆局部有压扁或折曲伤痕严重的,应停下来检查鉴定,严重者应割去。新敷设的控制电缆不允许有接头。电缆应有足够的备用长度,以补偿因温度变化而引起的变形,电缆跨越建筑物伸缩处应留有余度,以适应变化。每根电缆敷设好以后,必须待两端留有足够长度,各转弯处再作初步固定,直线段初步整理过并已符合设计要求时,才允许锯切。每根电缆敷设完后,应及时挂上标志
41、,在敷设下一根电缆。因工程进度需要或供应的关系,一个断面内排列的电缆不能一次敷设完毕时,把不能及时敷设的电缆位置留出来。电缆敷设告一段落后,应进行全线的整理。Commander:Commanderswhistleisactionorder,arrangesectioncommandersatturningorlongroute,takeleading-outendasmainmainactionorder,allthepersonstakeorders,allthepersonsshouldforceorstopatthesametime,ifthereisaturningorcablelea

43、s,weshouldstopworkingandcheck,ifitisveryserious,cutthatpartdown.Newlayingcontrolcablesdonotallowtohavejoints.Thecableshouldhaveenoughsparelengthincasethereisanydeformationcausedbytemperaturechanges,thepositionwhichcablesgothroughthebuildingshouldreserveenoughremainingstomeetthechanges.Aftereachcable
44、laying,keepthetwoendshavingenoughlength,tomakepreliminaryfixateachturning,afterthestraightsectionhavingapreliminaryadjustmentandcomplywiththedesignrequirementsthencanbecut.Aftereachcablelaying,timelyhangthemarkandthenworkonthenextcable.Ifthecableinonesectioncannotbelayedinonetimebecauseofprocessrequ
45、irementorcablesupply,reservethepositionfortheunableinstalledcable.Tidyupthewholeroutecableafterlaying.测点比较集中的地方采用电缆保护管和汇线槽混合使用方式。线槽的尺寸是由测点数量、电缆粗细及维修方便等条件来选择,线槽的长度由测点和端子箱的位置确定,从测点来的电缆保护管可汇集到一个线槽内,所需线槽的长度超过制造长度时,用连板连接两线槽,使之严密,线槽用螺栓固定在吊架、支架或平台上,电缆敷设完后,在线槽上加盖,用圆头螺丝固定。Testpointscentralizedplace:cableprot
