3、ith Sub-Clause 1.13 of Conditions of Contract (Compliance with laws) which is not acceptable” because of the following respects:Firstly, we are fully aware of the importance to legally comply with the relevant laws in the Country where the Work being executed as an experienced Contractor. Otherwise,
4、 we shall definitely suffer more challenges/risks which could be foreseen beforehand.Secondly, we have exerted our uppermost efforts to fulfill our obligation of registering the *Tajikistan Corporation Limited since from the kick-off meeting onwards, but you may understand that it is very lengthy pr
5、ocess to get all the required documents in different languages to be notarized and double authenticated by the relevant Authorities (or the concerned offices) both in Tajikistan and China. The timely obtaining of such documents shall also depend on the condition precedent to efficiency of each Offic
6、e. Although we specially assigned the staff to closely follow the necessary formalities as a matter of urgency, the progress achieved in this regard seems to be tortoise-like crawling due to the various bureaucracies, which is totally against our initial expectations. Anyway, we understand that it w
7、as our undertaking to timely register the legal entity in Tajikistan under the Contract and we shall still closely follow the same accordingly. According to your instruction given in your Ref. 130, we are pleased to update you the latest status of registration as follows:l All the required documents
8、 which has been formally notarized and double authenticated in China have been brought to the site till date. The representative on behalf of the * Tajikistan Corporation Limited has immediately/physically followed the necessary local procedures since from 29 Oct. 2012. Hopefully, the establishment
9、of such legal entity could be successfully finalized within the few coming days. We will assure you to be timely informed upon completion.l It may take very few days to obtain the approved construction license from the local Authorities once we registered.
