13、 made by curdling(使凝结)fresh soya milk,pressing it into a solidblock,and then cooling it.Tofu was accidentally invented in China 2,000 years ago,when acook added seaweed to soya milk,which made it curdle.This is the same process that is usedfor making cheese.Like cheese,tofu is a great example of how
