9、ire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Contract due to the Force Majeure.However，in such case，the Sellers shall submit to the buyer a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or other related organization as evidence.11仲裁：凡因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有关的一切争议，双方
10、应通过友好方式协商解决;如果协商不能解决，则应提交北京中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，根据该仲裁委员会的程序进行仲裁，仲裁决定是终局的，对双方均有约束力。仲裁费用除非仲裁机构另有规定外，均由败诉一方负担。Arbitration:All disputes arising from the execution of or in connection with this Contract shall be settled amicably through negotiation.If no settlement can be reached through negotiation,the case sh
