for“寻找”,强调寻找的动作和过程,有目的地寻找find out“查明,弄清”,多指通过调查、研究、询问等之后“弄明白”find“找到”,指找到或发现某种具体的东西,强调结果Cindy is looking for her cat.look for,find out,findHe found his wallet.Bob didnt find out who stole his
