Step One Warming up Here I will play the sounds related to different kinds of festivals and let students to guess “ Which festival is it ? Then I will present the festivals and

9、pictures. This step is important because it can improve students great interests in this class. Step Two Lead in After playing the sounds , I will lead in Thanksgiving in the United States and show the language goals of this class. Step Three Play a game Students should guess the food according to t

10、he part of pictures showed. Then lead in Thanks giving and turkey. Step Four Enjoy a video about Thanksgiving Day. Before learning the thanksgiving, it is necessary to let them know about the origin of thanksgiving day and the main food on this day. Also they will have more interests in learning it.
