Section B 3a 的阅读短文。本课时以探讨Yunnan Rice Noodles这篇食谱的写作特点进行阅读,并以此为写作范例,进一步开展写作教学。 二、整体教学思路设计二、整体教学思路设计 1、阅读部分, 读前活动通过复习如何制作火鸡宴,以及用来描述表示食物

2、制作过程的副词First,Next, Then, Finally,和部 分动词短语,来激活学生已有知识;读中活动以 skimming 和 careful reading 等阅读策略引导学生有层次地阅读,即先让学生以 skimming的方式整体感知文章主要内容, 后以careful reading的方式让学生对短文的细节有深入的了解并熟悉食谱的写作特点; 读后活动以对话形式让学生对食物的大致制作过程有深入的认识,为食谱的写作做铺垫。 2、写作部分, 写前通过复习火鸡宴的制作过程并对Yunnan Rice Noodles食谱的写作特点进行分析,学生对如何写一篇食 谱已经有了深入的认识,但是不同的食

3、物所需的配料不同,有些食物及其配料的英文学生不知如何表达,所以课前安排调查家 乡(儋州)美食及其制作过程,并查找相关配料的英文表达。最后模仿Yunnan Rice Noodles食谱的写作特点进行写作。在 写的过程中,让学生先在小组内交流讨论,后邀请 3 个组的学生(2 个人)上黑板写,其他人在组内写,最后进行自评和互评。 三、教学目标:教学目标: (一)(一)Knowledge and ability objects: 1. To be able to analyze the passage structure and describe how to make Yunnan rice noo

4、dles by simming and careful reading. 2. To be able to write a recipe for your favorite food after reading the text.
