The students like to learn English. 3. The students can be sing and reading. Teaching Emphasis: Learn the new words. Try to review the story. Teaching Difficulty: 1. How to review the story. 2. Emphasis new words. Teaching process: Step1: Lets sing together Step2: Review match and say Learn the new words:There are some instruments(乐器),Do you know them? T:Listen and guess what instruments they are. Then learn the new words: piano drum guitar flute violin Match the pictures with the phrases. Then read them together. T: Have the children open their books at page20. Draw their attention to the top half of the page. Point to the picture and ask: “What will he play in the concert?” S: Open the book and answer the question.He will play the violin. T:Model the sentence and have the children repeat. Use the same procedure with the other sentences in the picture. S: Read the sentences after the teacher. T: Let student read the sentences again. S: read the sentences. T: Work in pairs and practice the sentences. S: Pairs work. Step3: T: Work in groups. Discuss and write down some other instruments. Then make new dialogs: e.g.: Will you play the ? Yes, I will. / No, I wont. (讨论并写下一些其他的乐器,并编写新对话。) S:Work in groups. Step4: Listen and Number T: Have the children look at the pictures at the bottom of the page. Yes, I wont. Step6: Homework: Read the story and translate the sentences.
