T: Stick your writing on the board. 设计意图:设计意图: 利用演示文稿呈现不同层次的撰写要求。学生的学习能力是不同的,学习的学习收获 也是不同的。为了让每个学生都充满自信的学习英语,我为学生设计了三个不同程度 的节日介绍要求。检验既定的教学目标达成度。即:学生能够归纳总结出应从哪几个 方面介绍节日,并落实到写作上。 训练题:训练题: (四)(四)Homework 给家长介绍一、两个节日 学习效果评价设计 评价方式 1、小组表演:积极的调动学生的学习兴趣,让学生在快乐中学习。 9 2、大家讨论:对学过的知识内容认知达到 90%以上。 3、竞赛:对认读词汇达到理解,并能在特定的情境中使用。 本教学设计与以往或其他教学设计相比的特点(300-500 字数) 在课堂教学、课后复习时,我对自制力强、学有余力的学生“放手” 让其“自学”,并要他们帮助其他同学;对有一定自制力、有一定知识和 能力的学生给予辅导,组织他们一起学习;对自制力较差、知识和能力水 平低的学生重点辅导,并组织其他学生帮助他们。我鼓励学生之间一起学 习、交流,以促进他们的学习。 虽然我在教学方法、形式上有所变化,但还是较单一、死板,主要 还是老师单纯讲解、学生听,练习仍是老师单纯叫、学生答,那些“优秀 生”听得进去、读得下来,而有的学生对你的课就置若罔闻了.更重要的 原因是教学的覆盖面小,上面所说的教学方案并没有完全实施。由于我的 时间、精力的原因和学生的个体情况不同,我与学习好一点儿的学生接触、 交流的机会相对于学习差一点儿的学生多。比如,课堂提问并没有特别注 意中等生和后进生。再如课后 “优秀生”“随时随地”找我练习,不对 或不熟练的地方在我指导后再反复练习;中等生、特别是后进生,我得 “主动”和他们“预约”,而他们往往“失约”;学习小组也没有完全搞 起来;我对中等生和后进生“把关”也不严,中等生不熟练就放过去了, 后进生是勉强“过关”。结果,“优秀的”越优秀,“落后的”越落后。 我打算在以后的英语教学中不断加强教育教学理论和英语的学习,提 高自己的英语水平完善我的教学方案。更重要的两个方面是花工夫、下力 气、千方百计彻底实施教学方案和培养学生的学习自制力以及良好的学习 10 习惯。
