LESSON 14 北京版小学英语六年级下册第四单元第 14 课 1、教材分析:教材分析: 1. 单元分析: 本单元主要复现了学过的打电话、天气、旅游、生病的话题。学生能够围 绕话题进行询问和回答;巩固所学句型和词汇;基本完善了关于旅游加天气话 题的一个完整的描述。同时学生能够在打电话过程中抓住有效信息进行交流。 通过学习,学生也能够对生病,看望病人、导致原因,建议饮食等话题进行更 深入的交流。同时复习一般将来时和一般过去式。学生能读懂短文,理解 rainbow 的形成原理,并能根据阅读尝试制作 rainbow 的小实验。学生能在积 极的情感体验中,感受自然天气给人们外出旅游和日常生活带来的客观影响。 2.课时分析: 本课时“Listen and say”板块是 Lesson 13 的延续,内容是 Jim 到了北京后 与 Mike 面对面的对话。对话中 Jim 介绍了他们一家要去昆明旅游的周末计划。 Jim 通过与 Mike 谈话,了解了昆明的天气状况,并且与北京天气做了对比。 本课时是有关旅游加天气的话题,涉及到的句型较多,如:询问天气 “Whats the weather like ?” 询问到达某地需要多长时间 How long does it take to get there? 以什么方式到达? Are you going by train?教师应分层次处理以上问题。 “Read and write”是一个阅读补全语段的活动,教师可以结合对话,在组织 学生进行梳理后,安排学生完成。 “Lets do”是一个实践活动。学生根据自己生活的社区画一张地区地图,利 用自己绘制的地图与同伴展开交流。考虑到本部分的设计与旅游的话题离得有 些远,因此我将这一部分移到后面的课时完成,同时设计了一个教师介绍自己 假期去昆明旅游的计划,同时让学生制定计划,并与大家交流的活动。使学生 在本课学习的基础上,能就旅游,天气的话题,进行一定量的真实的产出。 二、学生分析:二、学生分析: 六年级学生经过五年多的英语学习,他们已经具备了一定的英语基础。大 部分学生乐于开口讲英语,能与教师就某一话题进行简单交流。掌握了有关询 问天气的词汇和句型。掌握了一定的询问交通工具的句型和单词。有一部分学 生不喜欢表现,出现了分化的现象。教师应采用一些方法调动学生开口表达的 积极性。 三、教学目标:三、教学目标: 1. 学生能够在谈论旅游计划的情景中运用“Whats the weather like there?” “Its cooler in Kunming.”等语句提问和回答旅游目的地的天气情况;能够运用 一般现在时简单描述北京、昆明等城市四季的天气情况;能够运用“Its cooler inthan in”等语句对不同地方的天气作简单对比;能够在谈论旅游计划的情景 中与他人进行顺利交流。 2.学生能够在谈论旅游计划的情景中正确运用“How long does it take to get there ?” “Are you going by train?” It will take us hourstoby”. “No. The train is too”等语句提问和回答旅游出行的交通方式和路上所用时间。 3.学生能够理解对话,能朗读课文,尝试转述主课文。 4.能对昆明当地的天气有所了解,对当地的名胜古迹和美食文化有所了解。 四、教学重难点:四、教学重难点: 1. 教学重点: 询问及回答当地天气的句型。询问及回答旅游的交通工具,所停留的时间 的句型。 2. 教学难点: 词组的理解 cooler than, four clear season it feels like , all year around. 询问到某地所需时间的句型及回答。 五、教学过程:五、教学过程: WarmWarm upup 1.
