Greetings: T: Good morning everyone. Ss: Good morning Miss Zhang. 2. Review the phrases and key sentences that we have learnt in Unit 1o. T: Look, this is my little brother Jim. Lets ask what is he doing. Ss: What are you doing, Jim? T: Im reading a book. T:This is my good friend. She can cook delicious food. Lets ask together. Ss: What are you doing? Ss: Im cooking dinner. T: And this is her son. He often helps his mother. Ss: What are you doing? Ss: Im setting the table. 3. Show the new phrases. T: Look, the men are. Ss: climbing the hill! T: And they finally arrived . Its really exiting. And a man take out a camera. Do you know camera? He is . Ss: Taking pictures! T: Look at the PPT. Do you know whats this? Ss: news. T: And whats this? Ss: paper. T: So, this is Ss: newspaper! Teacher take out a newspaper and pretend to read. Then say “Im reading a newspaper.” Give the newspaper to a girl.
