Ingredients Tools apple banana yogurt tomato corn flake plate & knife apron bowl hand sanitizer What do we need? How can we make the fruit salad? Step 1 Cut the apple. Step 2 Cut the banana. Step 3 Put the tomatoes into the bowl. Step 4 Pour the yogurt. Step 5 Pour the corn flakes. Step 6 Enjoy your salad with your friends! Learn to love! Learn to love! Learn to share!Learn to share! Unit 5 Do you like pears? C Story Time Teaching Aims : 1. Be able to listen, say, recognize the words, chicken, hot dog, banana, orange, milk, juice, Coke. 2.Be able to use the sentence structure, do you like the.? Yes, I do. No, I dont. 3.Be able to make the fruit salad. And learn to share with friends and family. Focus Points & Difficult Points : 1. Be able to express their own thoughts, using the sentence structure, I want a/some. 2. Useful expressions in the restaurant. Doggy bag, please. 3. Get to know the ingredients and tools for the fruit salad. Teaching Preparation: Some fruit and drinks Ingredients and tools for the fruit salad Teaching Steps: Step1. Warm up 1. Greeting. Say hello to the students. And ask some simple questions. 2. Warm-up. Play the game, touch&taste&guess, review the words and the sentence structure in Unit 5. 3. Leading-in Introduce different kinds of food. Learn some new words from Story Time, chicken, hot dog. Lead the students to tell healthy food and unhealthy food. And lead them to the buffet. 4. Presentation. Play the video of Story Time. Ask students to get the answers to the questions. What does Zoom want/like? 5. Practice. Students work in groups, and act out the Story time. 6. Creative English Make a fruit salad. Teacher shows all the ingredients and tools for the fruit salad. Students follow the steps to make the fruit salad.
