PEP 小学英语教学设计 题目:题目:Unit 2 My favourite season B Lets talk 年级:五年级下册年级:五年级下册 PEP 小学英语五年级下册 Unit2 My favourite season B Lets talk 一 教学内容 PEP 小学英语五年级下册第二单元 My favourite season B 部分 Lets talk. 本单元主要学习问答最喜欢哪个季节并陈述原 因。本课时是该单元的第四课时,主要是对话学习,掌握句型 Which season do you like best? Why do you like-? Because I can- 二教材分析与学情分析 本课时是一节口语交际课,教材紧紧围绕喜欢某季节展开话题, 学习谈论喜欢某季节及其原因的句型。在学习过程中,我以用一 幅思维导图贯穿课堂始终,不断激发学生思维,把阅读与其他语 言技能做到有机结合。 本课教学对象是五年级的学生,这些学生年龄在十一二岁左右, 这个阶段学生学习兴趣不是很高,部分学生学习目的性不强,学 习自觉性不够,注意力不集中,容易被新鲜好奇的事物所吸引而 激发学习兴趣,从而竞争意识也增强。因此,本课时我利用学生 感兴趣的动画设计,创设切合学生实际生活的情境,采用任务教 学法,引发学生思考,并学会归纳总结谈论喜欢某季节原因句型, 为读写打下扎实基础。 三 教学目标 (一)知识目标 1.能听,说,认读以下词组:good job, summer vacation。 2.能够听懂,会说句型 Which season do you like best? Summer. Why do you like summer best? Because I like summer vacation. 3. 能够听懂 Lets try 部分录音,完成听音选择正确图片的任务。 (二)能力目标 1.能够综合运用前三课时的句型和词汇描述自己喜欢的季节,并 说出喜欢的原因。 2.能够理解扩展的句型:Which season does heshe like best? HeShe likes-. Why does heshe like-best? Because heshe can- (三)情感目标 培养学生观察能力和自由表达能力,培养学生热爱生活,热爱 大自然的情感。 四教学重,难点 重点:掌握句型 Why do you like-best? Because I can - 难点:在实际的情境中运用句型表达喜好和原因。 五教学方法与学法 任务教学法,探究法,归纳法,小组合作法。 六教学准备 1.教师准备多媒体课件。 2.教师准备有关季节词卡和句条,描述四季活动的图片。 3. 教师准备的录音机和录音带。 4. 学生准备的绘画作品。 七教学过程: Step1.Warmup 1. Greeting T: Gooding moring ,boys and girls! Im glad to see you here. And this class please watch and listen carefully, speak loudly and clearly, think carefully, ok? Now lets sing a song together! 2. Play a song(多媒体播放四季歌,师生同唱, 创设氛围,激发学 生兴趣,引导学生快速进入季节学习中。) T: Ok. You are great! Im so happy to see your pictures and here is a pome for everyone. Can you read it?(学生跟随多媒体有节 奏齐读) Ok. You read it so loudly and clearly. So today we are going to talk about your pictures and more our favourite season. First, lets look at this poem. And answer these questions: (a) 提出任务,明确目标 T: What is it about ? S: Season. T: What season? S: Spring ,summer, autumn and winter. (b)激活思维,提炼方法 T:How does it talk about season? T:Which sentences? S1:Spring is Autumn is Winter is T:It talks about season from - S2: Colours and weather. (师板书 colours,weather) T: What about summer ? S3: Its hot. 教师顺势问:Whats the weather like in spring? Its warm and windy. (两人一组自由问答练习) (c)启发诱导,拓展思维 T:What else?(启发学生从其它方面找谈论季节的句子) S1:The farmers are busy.(难点) T:What are the farmers doing? S2:Pick apples.(板书 activities) 教师顺势问:What do you usually do in autumn? I usually go on a picnic with my family. (师询问数名学生,复习一些学过的活动词组) 最后师生共同总结 Colours are seasons. Weather is seasons. Activities are seasons. T: What else? Lets go on to see, ok?(引出下一个环节) 【设计意图】以上热身环节如此设计,主要是通过唱歌引入课题, 用学过的一首小诗激发学生思维,通过设置不同的问题,层层深入, 启发诱导,让学生不断思考并初步感受语境,感知句型的意思,从 而明确本节课要学习的内容:从不同方面来谈论喜欢某季节的原因, 为新授做了很好的铺垫。 Step2.Presentation 1. Learn Lets try. T: Look, John and Zhang Peng are looking at some pictures. 先播放 Lets try 图片,也就是 Zhang Peng 和 John 在看图画 的情景,同时预设两个问题,让学生边听边猜: (1) What are they talking about? (2) Which season does Zhang peng like best? 从而完成任务问题:Which is Zhang pengs picture? 2. Learn Lets talk. T: Well, Amy is drawing. Guess! Which season does Amy like best? (1) 第一次听录音(多媒体播放录音),学生认真听并作出反应,师 顺势回顾问题: Amy says I like autumn best. 师同时板书 I like-best.(?) 师再问 Do you know how to ask? 再板书 Which season do you like best? 接下来师生自由问答练习。 师利用幻灯片出示三幅秋季图片,T: Look at these pictures. Picture 1 is autumn . Picture 2 is autumn. Picture 3 is also autum, so which is Amys picture? why? (于是师再播 录音,让学生找出原因。) S1: Picture 1. Beacause the trees are beautiful. (难点) T: Do you like Amys picture? Does Miss white like Amys picture? How do you know? (2) 第二次听录音:(动画与录音相结合播放) T:Which seasom does Miss White like best? Why? S:Summer. Because I like summer vacation. 师再板书 Beacause- T:Great! You did a good job! Now open your books page 17. Lets read this dialogue together. 【设计意图】对于 talk 学习,我通过两次播放录音,逐步分解对话 难点,围绕一个大语境,借助孩子们的图画展开对话,采用整体 部分整体的语篇教学法,培养学生整体感知能力和口头表达 能力。 Step3.Practice (1)跟读正音 师让学生逐句跟读录音,提醒学生朗读时注意语音语调。 (2) 巩固练习对话 师展示一些有关季节活动图片,给学生创设更多情境,让学生 两人一组进行意义操练。 (3)小组分角色朗读对话。 (4)挑选三个小组展示表演对话,并予以评价奖励。 T: OK now, lets think about the following questions: (1). How does Amy talk about her favourite season? (2).How does Miss White talk about her favourite season? S: It talks about vacation.(师板书 vacation) 【设计意图】表演是小学生熟练掌握课文,提高口语表达能力的 有效活动,以精彩的表演形式引入教学情景恰恰针对了小学生好动 的特点,使他们感到轻松,有趣,如此学生热情高涨,争先恐后来 表演配音,使静的课堂动起来,死的课堂活起来,无形中就是巩固 所学对话,达到活动的实效性。 Step4. Consolidation and extension (巩固和拓展) 1.Reading (文本重构,探究学习) (1) 师先出示两幅采摘图,再次引发学生兴趣,唤起记忆,激发学生 的英语思维,同时预设三个问题讨论图片: a. Where are they? b. What are they doing? c. What season is it?(对于这个问题,学生通过看图猜测肯定 认为是秋季,但文本展示的是春季,如此学生就更有兴趣去探究) (2) 于是出示任务问题,让学生自主阅读完成。 a. Which season does Li Hua like best? (Spring) b. Why does Li Hua like spring best? (让学生从几个不同方面找 出原因,师生核对答案,对于 food 和 clothes 这两个原因难以 找出,鼓励学生小组合作共同找出)。 (3) 最后师板书 food 和 clothes. 【设计意图】 引导学生能够运用阅读中 predicting(预测) scanning(快速浏览),intensive reading(精读)等阅读技巧,培养学 生学习能力,强调学生的学习策略,使学生能够很好理解短文意义, 获得相关知识,激发学生学习热情,为后面写作环节做了很好铺垫。 2.Writing (回归任务,学以致用) T:Please take out your pictures and talk about it for group. And then write it by yourself. (五分钟写作) Ok now , lets talk about your pictures!Please one student show and describe his or her picture, the others listen to carefully.At last, all the students retell the picture together! 【设计意图】此环节的设计,主要还是培养学生说的能力,通过写 作理清思路,从而能够顺利介绍自己的图画,逐步提高口头表达 能力。 Step5.Summary 1. 师幻灯出示一幅思维导图,师生共同总结归纳如何谈论喜欢某 季节的句型。 2. 师生共同数出两颗苹果树上的苹果,分出优胜组,教师给予学 生评价奖励。 Step6. Homework 1.Recite lets talk and write from memory. 2.Write a short passage about your favourite seasons ,at less six sentences .
