Another is being able to really see the fruits of ones labor. Besides, noncash award is also a big draw. This could be so mething small that re

While a parental leave might lead to some financial pr oblems, small companies may do something to improve it. “It may be impossible for a fiveperson team to be reduced to fo ur for six months, ” writes Camilla Velasquez, head of HR m anagement platform Jus
