30、发的教育作用，让学生在主动参与的活动中 完成合作意识的内化与协作能力的提高，达到合作互助的目的。 2、小组讨论的气氛不够热烈，讨论效果不够理想。在合作学习活动中，学 生在小组长的带领下或多或少都在交流；但有些小组气氛较沉闷，讨论气氛不够 6 热烈。 今后的教学设计要增加学生在课堂上的活动量和活动的趣味性，调动学生 的积极性，使学生在英语课中真正“动”起来，真正达到小组合作学习的效果。 3、小组合作学习角色分工不够明确。要避免合作学习的“假”与“浮”。 教师组织小组合作学习活动时，应让学生明确角色分工，交给学生合作技巧， 确保小组合作学习的有序进行，取得实际效果。 4、要处理好独立学习与合作学习的关系。组织合作学习前要给学生留出独 立思考的时间，学生个人有了想法后，才能和同伴交流、探究，解决问题。 5、要科学有效地安排时间。本节课时间安排上预见性不够，导致后面课堂 教学时间有点紧。所以，在课堂教学过程中，教师要根据所教的内容，对小组学 习和集体教学所需要的时间进行科学有效的合理分配。 6、要多关爱后进生, 鼓励后进生参与活动。课堂上要采用多种激励性语言， 让学生获得信心，减少恐惧，从而愿意参与讨论学习。 今后,在教学中要不断探索,不断学习, 要把阅读课教学跟学生具体实际相 结合，才是课堂教学的最有用最实效的模式。
