SectionSection A A 教学反思教学反思 新课程改革,是一次深刻的改革。新课改倡导全人教学,强调课程学要促 进每个学生身心健康的发展,培养学生良好品质的终身学习的能力;新课改倡 导建设性学习,注重科学探究的学习,提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习。课程 改革的成败关键在于教师,教师是课程改革的实施者。作为教师我必须做好充 分的准备,学习新课程改革理论,更新教学观念,迎接新课改的挑战。本节公 开课是一节比较平实、朴素的课,不像我们平时的观摩课那么富有新意,但还 是有一些地方值得我反思和采纳的,现归纳如下: 下面就简单总结一下我这 节英语教学工作的利弊。 利:我在课堂活动中采取鼓励学生学习的方法,当学生正确回答问题时, 我常常进行鼓励,这是帮助初学者克服英语学习的良好方法。而且任何鼓励都 会使学生感到高兴,我在课堂上大胆使用鼓励,可以鼓励全班,也可以鼓励某 一小组或某一学生。当学生在开展个人活动、小组活动时,我主动到学生中间 去,鼓励和帮助某一个、两个学生或某一组学生,这种做法不但能让学生积极 的加入到课堂活动中来,还能锻炼他们的口语和听说表达能力。 而针对学生 的书面作业,我也经常给予鼓励,不仅可以写上“Good!Very good!”等,还可 以贴上一张表示鼓励的小粘贴画。对于学生书面作业中的错误能给予及时纠正, 让学生感到你在意他们的书面作业,从而让他们渐渐的对学习英语产生兴趣, 进一步提高他们的英语成绩。 弊:我在今后英语教学活动中应该注意以下几点: 、坚持英语教学的实践性原则,改变过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解 与传授; 、防止过分强调模仿、死记硬背、机械操练的教学倾向; 、倡导语言知识教学和技能相结合的、开放的、互动的学习模式; 、关注学生有困难或性格内向的学生,尽可能多的为他们创造语言的 机会; 、引导学生在学习过程中,进行自我评价,并根据需要调整自己的学 习目标和学习策略等等。 总之,新课程改革不是纸上谈兵,必须要与实践相结合,努力学习,积极 进取,积极参与课程改革,在改革中不断学习,不断实践,不断反思,这样才 能把新课改落到实处。虽这短短的一次课并不能把工作做好,也不能提高学生 们的学习兴趣,但我会在今后的工作中慢慢的总结,细心地处理学生碰到的问 题,根据新课改的要求把工作做完整,做一位名副其实的好老师!! !谢谢
