Finish the exercises in the workbook.HomeworkTypes of sports: basketball 篮球 football 足球 volleyball 排球 table tennis 乒乓球 tennis 网球 baseball 棒球 badminton 羽毛球 running 跑步 swimming 游泳 diving 跳水 shooting 射击 weightlifting 举重Module3 SportsUnit 1 Nothing is more enjoyable than playing tennis. 一、教材分析本课是外研版八年级上 Module 3 Unit 1 的教学设计。本单元的语言功能项目是 is more than.主要话题是 Sport。本课内容贴近学生的生活和学习实际,为学生操练对话创设了一个真实的语言情景,有利于学生在比较接近实际的情景中听听说说,从而培养他们运用英语进行交际的能力。二、学情分析本课的教学内容和学生的实际生活息息相关,因而本课的教学内容对学生来说并不难理解,关键单词的学习和日常交际用语在实际生活中的准确运用及扩展运用。教学中通过游戏活动创设情景,和小组合作完成任务等教学活动引导学生学习。三、设计理念英语课程标准中明确指出,学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。通过教师合理的活动设计与真实的情景设置,使学生学到规范、生动、纯熟的英语,掌握基本语言,具有初步的英语交际能力。同时新课程标准提倡任务型教学,让学生在教师指导下通过感知、体验、实践、交流、合作等方式实现任务的目标,感受成功。本着这一理念与思想,我在设计课堂教学时努力为学生营造民主、和谐的课堂氛围,让学生在教师的指导下感受学英语的乐趣与愉悦。四、教学目标1.知识与技能:基本能听懂,会说本课的重点语言:Whats your favourite sport? Why do you like it?能用英语去询问他人喜好的运动,并会用“I like .because it is 作答。2.过程与方法:在真实的语言环境中,认识语言,理解语言。执行任务的过程中,激发兴趣,学以致用。在合作中,拓展思维,促进表达。3.情感态度价值观:创设任务情景,让学生乐于参与和表达;能积极参加体育运动,强健体魄。五、教学重难点:能用句型1) Nothing is more enjoyable than playing tennis.2) So this weeks match is already more exciting. 3) Whats the matter with you, Tony? Act it out.(设计意图:学英语的任务是培养学生学习英语的兴趣。当课程进行一半后,利用英语的表演来说唱来缓解学生的疲劳。这样的设计既让学生感知英语学习的趣味性,有可以复习以前学习的英语知识。)(五)WritingWritingWrite a short passage about favourite sport.(设计意图:为了有效的理解和检验学生对课文内容的理解,从英语课程标准中“写”的要求出发,以仿编对话的形式拓展所学语言,全面培养学生听说读写能力,并真正发挥语言的交际作用。)(六)总结评价(summary )评选出优秀的参与小组(设计意图:评价是推动课堂向前发展的动力。教师在课堂中恰当的评价,无疑给学生注入强心针。教师的评价能增加学生参与课堂的积极性。因此,本节课让学生评选出优秀的学生给发奖章,又再现运动的真实场景。)
